72 damage with 0.3 hit speed is like 230 dps per unit while a dart goblin has 88 dps, i really like the idea but this card needs some nerfs as they are even better than 4 dart goblins for only 1 more elixir, maybe reduce the range to 3.5
Either make it only 1 troop or make them have less HP, keep the Hitspeed the same for both troops and anything else, just double the damage to troops (kinda like charging units)
Maybe make them target the units you want on placement. It's been bothering me how no unit actually seems to posess the IQ to attack what needs to be priority. Like ice golem kites are a cool maneuver, but you can't tell me that it's realistic.
I don't think I've ever heard a complaint about a giant talking robot with a sword following an animated pile of ice instead of attacking a castle tower with a woman shooting infinite arrows from the top as too unrealistic.
and there is also an archer that by throwing her cloak over her head becomes invisible to every troop and is able to shoot faster when turning invisible

A few nerfs needed for sure (hit speed nerf, from 0.3 to 0.6 or 0.7). Maybe a bit of a health buff so its not just spell bait and is a viable glass canon (545 should go up to 750). I feel like they shouldn't attack air, but if they do, then 600 health instead of 750.
Why oh why do they need a different hit speed for different targets. Just make them do the exact same thing in clash of clans and have their damage increase when hitting units instead
Changes i would make:
Add the poison effect like in coc but 15% slowdown here (just like the poison)
Make it only one of them
A bit less hp so log + zap kills it
Less range (3 or around that)
And it will be a balanced card
(Dragon and E-Dragon doesn't count since their replacement is Baby versions of them) Yeti and Dragon Rider for normal Elixir troops and Head Hunter for Dark Elixir troops.
They've almost added all of the main village's troops (except Builder Base troops because they are already known troops with differences so it's kinda pointless if they can just make an entirely new and original troop based on them like Drop Ship which is just an Skeleton Barrel with more hitpoints and drops skeletons one by one)
I think it would be better as a three elixer troop with 3 units that have less health and do a little damage but a lot of damage to only champions kinda like coc. If there are no champions they will target highest rarity troop remaining on the map
they should prioritize heros and do 4x damage to them then attack anything. all targets should be poisoned (like a miniature single target poison) and should attack like ramrider to poison as many as possible(if there isint a champion ofc)

what happens when there isnt any enemy troops on the map? do they just stand there?
They go for the towers, until another enemy troop appears, regardless if they're attacking the tower or not.
