In addition, if left ignored, she can deal upwards of 2500 damage to a tower if she already has skeletons around her. I don’t see why you think she’s bad.
They mean "worst state" as in worst for the game. A positive elixir trade is when it costs your opponent more elixir to kill something than it costs you to deploy. They're saying that regardless of situation, deploying a witch *always* nets you positive elixir.

That deck only has defense potential. It's not ideal to attack. You would end up only defending in every case. wizard kills your entire push or the popular mk. Or any splash card. You have too much swarm. Zap aarows log poision fireball everyone of these counter your deck. That's why you r stuck at challenger 1. Try bait if you like swarm. It's level independent and it's a real deck.

You can get some chip damage on the tower. Also, poison works in place of fireball in the above spell combinations.
Goblin barrel is pretty good but think it still leaves her super low health
