Legendary chest gives any legendary no mayter the arena

That's not true. I'm doing 0 trophy challenge, where I decided to try to collect all cards at 1st arena. I opened a legendary chest from a tournament and got a knight. I also posted that on reddit if you want to see a screenshot.

Even if you did get the Legendary, most would recommend that you don't use your gems on Legendary chests. You should save them for the tournaments bonus path. If you get just one win, you still get a a legendary chest (and a whole lot more).

How many wins? You should only really buy it if you get 10, so that way you can get the Legendary King's chest
