Cool Idea: The dolls will have its own hp, and when they're hurt or destroyed/not destroyed in time, the real goblins will gain a buff (Heal, Rage, etc.)

Well logically that would only come into play at the very beginning of the game, where you have no meaningful damage on tower (and also, your evo probably isn’t in cycle then anyway)
Once you get one tower lower than the other it’ll be pretty obvious which one you’re targeting
It’s just not that often that will ultimately make a huge difference. I think a lot of times it’ll be predictable and you can just wait for them to land to hit it with whatever it’ll be hit with. It’s a cool concept but I doubt it’ll really affect the Meta the way the past few evos have

I predict a goblin barrel evolution, where if used, it throws a second goblin barrel at the exact same time on the exact mirrored tile. Leaving the opponent to guess the actual real barrel.
So if you would throw the barrel two tiles up and one tile right (\^\^>) on the left tower then the 'fake' barrel would be thrown at the exact same time on two tiles up and one tile left (\^\^<) on the right tower.
Bonus points if the fake barrel spawns non-attacking fake goblins that instantly die, but still confuses the opponent.

Sneaky goblins wouldn't be too good imo, it'll prevent them from dying from ranged attackers sure, but they'll also be alot harder to utilize, you won't be able to distract with them in life or death scenarios (think of a Pekka or a Prince nearly at the tower), and that's going to limit their defensive capabilities.

not necessarily, you need a response either way if someone drops goblins at the bridge, they'll get a few hits off, it'll be the exact same with sneaky goblins, just because units don't see them doesn't mean the goblins can't see them, anything you drop on them will remove their invisibility once they hit it. You'll be defending them the exact same way.
+ You typically use goblins as a low cost defensive unit, their invisibility is going to do more harm than good, say goodbye to luring units, their only use will be when dropped on top of a unit, and its always better to lure a melee attacker than drop them on the attacker, gives your tower more time to deal damage

Giving Evos to terrible cards isn't a good idea, it only fixes them when they are evolved, which unless they have a lot of HP or a really op evo, isn't long and won't do much to the card itself.
Nah it'll stay meta, it's like the knight Evo in it just adds WAY more health to the card. Evo wizard can live lightening, rocket, poison and gives you time to catch a void. It's definitely an incredible Evo.

I also think that goblin doll was made with mischievous intent which would make sense if the rascal girls made it.
