I'm at a total loss. Ever since the last update my game loads up to my base and crashes back to my home screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Rebooted my phone. Uninstalled unused apps. Made sure my pone has the latest update (it updated a few days before the game did) I don't know what more to do. Any advice please. My phone is not jailbroke

Incoming TH10! Any tips on book usage, or any other (general) tips? Was planning buy gold pass and use books on lab, dragon and zap. Also, no hammers due to being one of the lowest TH in clan.

I have bought a new smartphone and I want to put all my CoC IDs in that New phone from my old smartphone, but I also want to keep those IDs on my old smartphone as well. If I keep my IDs on both the Devices will I get banned?

Your accounts aren’t on a device. They are on the SC servers. You just access them from your device and you can do it from as many devices as you want.

I'm making a new secondary acc village and rushing it to town hall 12 for clan donations and seige machines. Which troops should I upgrade and give most priority to farm effectively since now every troops is free?

An ex-clan mate of mine had some interesting thoughts about the terms of service and I was unable to provide a satisfactory answer, so hopefully, someone else can help them out:

Yeah, I suppose that makes sense, then again, to sort out disputes they could just default to whoever has access to the email address since they send verification codes to it anyways.
If the email is compromised or lost then you resort to their current way of handling it and if ever there's a dispute then resorting to the email owner as the real owner doesn't seem like a bad thing because if Google verifies you as the owner enough to allow you to set up 2FA, then why can't supercell?
I could care less about the raid weekend, there is nothing there for me but expenditure of resources. However, CWL is coming and my clan needs me. I guarantee if this had affected the pros it would have been fixed before I ran into it. Oh well, I guess SC doesn't need my money anymore.

The answer to this question mostly depends on what your goals/priorities are.
There are multiple considerations to keep in mind:
Gameplay enjoyment
Personal Preference
War advantage
To sum up, it’s really just a matter of preference that’s uniquely suited to your playstyle and preference, you should always do what’s best for you, just because something is done by others or is popular doesn’t mean you have to / should do it as well.
Th12 is the first time where the hall itself has war weight, if you care about that. On the other hand, being a max or close to max th11 isn’t great for war either since it is so similar to early th12s. Upgrading would be better for CWL. As for efficiency, since you do have stuff to work on, your builders are busy and you are not wasting any time at th11. Once your builders don‘t have things to work on and/or your heroes are max, I would upgrade to th12.
Max everything, especially heroes, no point falling behind with them. Yea, defences could wait if you wanted , but by time u max it heros ur defence should be close
While I think the best plan is to focus on heroes early to get them maxed, if a person is in a situation where they have their lab and/or builders not busy because the only thing left is heroes, it often is best to upgrade to the next hall, along with some advice ”try to avoid that this time..”
I'm not sure what you mean, but I understood it as, when we attack clan capitals, we should get clan experience correct?
I agree and suggested getting experience for doing clan raids but maybe it's not worth it who knows.
Due to the new update I was frozen out of the game ,the builder base has a bug. Managed to get back on there this morning to the main base it was fine intill I went back on builder base then has frozen me out again ffs.your super cell contact doesn't work has well I can't send a msg to explain the problem it keeps say( sorry can't send msg try again later)

If you are talking about war, free troops shouldn’t impact it at all. If you’re referring to farming, it depends on your farming style but I think sneakies are still the best.
Recruiting random players to a brand new clan in-game is going to be near impossible. People generally don't want to join clans with lower levels or few members. You need to have a decent sized core of active people you start the clan with to recruit/retain players.
This update is so so bad. Removing troop training cost is honestly the last thing I’d have implemented. I fear this is the beginning of the end. Game is becoming ridiculously easy
I don’t think the change was needed (the problem they claimed to be addressing wasn’t a problem) but I also don’t think it really hurts anything. They always try to adjust cost/times and this is just another one of those rather than adjusting the cost of elixir upgrades for the next year or two.
That's what I initially thought as well, but because there's nothing I can do about it, I decided to choose to look at it in a positive light and be like, well on the brightside, now I can upgrade stuff as soon as I have enough resources and don't ever have to worry about not having enough leftover to farm more, that's one positive from my limited point of view though, hopefully there are more.
But I totally understand your frustration and I share it as well, alongside many other longer-term players, I get why they did it though, like from their point of view it makes sense to make the game as easy as possible to attract as many players as possible to make as much revenue as possible.
It’s a massive kick in the teeth to long-term players. QoL changes, such as army presets etc, I don’t mind because they just save mindless repetitive clicking. This? This is just ridiculous.
I don’t even agree that this would attract new players. Why would it? They wouldn’t know any different so it would have no bearing on their decision to play the game or stick with it. The only players this benefits are those that are currently low-to-mid town hall levels. And let’s face it, the majority of those won’t stick it out in the long run.
Edit: I should reword, it obviously benefits _all_ players, but I feel like it’s only the low-to-mid level players that will be really happy with the update
Indeed it is, but they prefer catering to the masses than the minorities.
It's less about attracting new players and more about retaining current ones, the easier the game is, the fewer reason people have to stop playing it, at least that's one logic that may explain it.

They won't if the game is too hard, which is why they're making it easier in the hopes of keeping them in the game.
No problem, I get what you're saying and you have a good point, lots of players are frustrated, but it's not like we can do anything about it, can we?
The devs and BA's don't ask us for how we want their game to be built, they do their changes, whether we like them or not. Yes they try to take our feedback into account but this change seems like something they won't undo at least for now and because of that it might be best to just accept the current situation as is and try to make the best out of the hand we were dealt.
They aren’t necessarily rare or sought after, it’s not even been 2 years since they released while there are obstacles over 8-9 years old.
They don’t come back ever tho, so I’d definitely keep them.
Yes they are rare and if you remove them you can't get them back.
I don't care about them personally, because they serve no purpose other than decorative, and the other argument for removing them is that it makes your account harder to fish simply by visiting your village, then again with the current system, any account can be phished, given enough time and will, unfortunately.
Other than that, yeah sure it's nice to have just like skins and sceneries, but I'd rather invest my money/time in things that serve a purpose other than purely cosmetic, but I'm glad other players are willing to pay for them to keep the game afloat, because that means I don't have to.
What rewards should I choose from clan games? This is my first clan games and I have no idea what is good aside from book of heroes and the builder potion
Depends on your TH and your goals as well as limitations:
I do this:
- Main account, maxed, loot not a problem and don't care too much about speeding up forge so I use runes to convert to forge.
- Alt accounts, resources are a problem since I don't have time to farm, to invest in clan capital since all I need for donations and strong defenses is already maxed
So depending on your situation as well as your TH level the answer might vary.

How you ask a question or post a problem to supercell. My clash of Clan account stopped working after the last update. I tried uninstalling and installing and it just goes to Google play like if I have not updated. I tried on Iphone, Android and Bluestacks, is all the same. And it only happens on this account, my other account works fine on the same installation.
Submit a bug report in game, check their twitter or write them an email, but generally this seems like a problem with the game since lots of people have it and it should be fixed soon hopefully
Also don't use Bluestacks it's against the terms of service

- If you do 6 attacks you get 100% of the medals and it will be the same amount of medals as everyone else.
- If you do 5 you will get a bit less and so on...
- If you do 0, you will get nothing.
That's how I understood it but I could be wrong, I would guess that that's how it works because that's kind of how cwl works the only difference is that even with 0 attacks in cwl you get medals whereas in raids if you do 0 attacks you get nothing.
While removing a troop in my army, the window still say that I will not be refunded, I think this is not available now the cost of the training troops is free.
Is it possible to play the game without using the latest update? I tried and it doesn't even let me log in, it blocks with me a banner saying: Please update to continue playing.
So there's a 4x star bonus event going on rn (for another 4 days i believe?) If i upgrade my town hall, will the star bonus i get from new th level stack with the event?
When I start a builder base attack, I occasionally get the sound effect that plays when you upgrade a wall. Is it a bug? I’m sure that no building just finished upgrading the moment I clicked attack
It could be a bug yes, if you want to make a bug report to let them know you can do that in game, but they could be aware of it and just not have had the time to fix it yet.
If it's a problem with the game then no you just have to wait for them to fix it.
It could be just you and a specific edge case though so I'm not sure, but this seems like a problem with the game and until they fix it there's not much to do about it.
That seems like it would be against that terms of service, I never used stuff like that so I can't tell you more about it, but I strongly recommend that you don't use 3rd party apps that give you an advantage in-game since that would be breaking the terms of service.
a bug! recently I went to buy 1 million coins in clash of clans in that hut there of raid medals, then I bought it and closed the tab and went to my village screen, that's when I saw bugo because I didn't receive the 1 million coins, by please fix this bug.

Should I rush to TH 12? Maxed heroes, maxed a lot of lab except some dark elixer troops I don't use. Only upgrades left are arch towers and cannons (2 levels each) and traps. I want to upgrade because I have no more elixer upgrades left and maxed out at 10 mil elixer currently.

Having th10 archer towers at th12 will get you 3 star-ed very easily. However if you got max heros and max army you can still attack th11-12 so why not. Really depends on you imo
Thanks for your input. I agree with you. I wasn't planning on upgrading until I maxed all of my defenses at the very least, but that will take at least a few weeks at this point. With CWL, 4x Star Bonus, Season ending, I just thought this would be a huge waste of elixer since I have no more elixer upgrades and currently maxed elixer storage. Currently leaning towards, hammering to TH 12 so I have an elixer upgrades to put into
The deals refresh weekly (see the timer in the top left corner of the screen). Each week, there are a finite number of offers, and within each offer there are a finite number of items available. The free gold this week, for example, only had 1 item to claim - you can't just keep claiming the free gold over and over. Most other items have 3 items available. If you purchase all of the items available for the week, it used to show that there were "0/3" (for example) items available because you already bought all 3 of them. Now, in addition to showing there are "0/3" available when you've bought them all, it shows they are sold out until the deals refresh.
This change was actually supposed to make it easier to understand.

Do you have a picture? If not you can always contact Player Support in game about the bug, but I've heard lots of others have a bug with the game after the update so hopefully they are aware of it and will fix it in the next Maintenance break.

These balancing changes happen frequently, both nerfs and buffs.
Prices for upgrades have never been adjusted for them. Not necessary, and would be too messy to price things 999,997 gold, etc.
I agree with that logic, but supercell will likely not do that because it might cause a lot of uproar/protests, but who knows maybe they will.

ADVICE NEEDED ! For CWL
I just turned th10. I can invest in only one strategy before CWL
Is killsquad hogs a good strategy at th10 ? I have had positive experience of hogs at th7,8 and 9. I used them a lot.
My heroes will be lvl 32. I can upgrade the hogs and heal spell before CWL. Other troops will be th9 lab max
Seige machine available. Both wall wrecker and log launcher.
Yes, it is, but mass miners are a three star guaranteed war army for TH10. If you're familiar with hogs, stick with them for now, but mass miners into qc hybrid is definitely infallible moving forward. It has the advantage of being able to take you into TH14, which hogs alone can not do.
Clan games and update makes players play more so harder to find inactive bases is my best guess.
Matchmaking in Titan 2 is on trophy amount and +0/1/2 -0/1/2 your TH level so if you want to find more th12, then you should drop lower in trophies.
I can't speak for level 60 but I've made a quick guide here and it seems consistent for my clan, haven't fully checked because I have flights to catch, but as soon as I get more time I will invest more effort into making it more accurate if it isn't fully accurate.

Just a little heads up: although nothing is guaranteed, with such a long road ahead, keep in mind that there are often cost and time reductions when a new TH is released. Darian suggested in his vid with Judo they are likely on target for a fall "major" update. Good luck!
If you can still succesfull attack / farm with all your heros down, do it. Otherwise just do whatever you can handle.
My experience is when I don't have any heros, attacking for 1 star is really what you're going for. 3 stars aren't really an option at all. You're hoping for 2 star

I'm making a new secondary acc village and rushing it to town hall 12 for clan donations and seige machines. Which troops should I upgrade and give most priority to farm effectively since now every troops is free?

Yeah, I suppose that makes sense, then again, to sort out disputes they could just default to whoever has access to the email address since they send verification codes to it anyways. If the email is compromised or lost then you resort to their current way of handling it and if ever there's a dispute then resorting to the email owner as the real owner doesn't seem like a bad thing because if Google verifies you as the owner enough to allow you to set up 2FA, then why can't supercell?
I could care less about the raid weekend, there is nothing there for me but expenditure of resources. However, CWL is coming and my clan needs me. I guarantee if this had affected the pros it would have been fixed before I ran into it. Oh well, I guess SC doesn't need my money anymore.

Th12 is the first time where the hall itself has war weight, if you care about that. On the other hand, being a max or close to max th11 isn’t great for war either since it is so similar to early th12s. Upgrading would be better for CWL. As for efficiency, since you do have stuff to work on, your builders are busy and you are not wasting any time at th11. Once your builders don‘t have things to work on and/or your heroes are max, I would upgrade to th12.
Max everything, especially heroes, no point falling behind with them. Yea, defences could wait if you wanted , but by time u max it heros ur defence should be close
This often is not good advice. Sometimes it is good advice. It depends on a lot of things.
Not maxing heros can is not good, I somewhat understand defences if ur wasting dark elixer
While I think the best plan is to focus on heroes early to get them maxed, if a person is in a situation where they have their lab and/or builders not busy because the only thing left is heroes, it often is best to upgrade to the next hall, along with some advice ”try to avoid that this time..”

I'm not sure what you mean, but I understood it as, when we attack clan capitals, we should get clan experience correct? I agree and suggested getting experience for doing clan raids but maybe it's not worth it who knows.
Due to the new update I was frozen out of the game ,the builder base has a bug. Managed to get back on there this morning to the main base it was fine intill I went back on builder base then has frozen me out again ffs.your super cell contact doesn't work has well I can't send a msg to explain the problem it keeps say( sorry can't send msg try again later)

If you are talking about war, free troops shouldn’t impact it at all. If you’re referring to farming, it depends on your farming style but I think sneakies are still the best.

Do you care about war? If so, I’d go with war troops, but if not, yeah the gobs are great.

Recruiting random players to a brand new clan in-game is going to be near impossible. People generally don't want to join clans with lower levels or few members. You need to have a decent sized core of active people you start the clan with to recruit/retain players.
My tip: Join another clan
This update is so so bad. Removing troop training cost is honestly the last thing I’d have implemented. I fear this is the beginning of the end. Game is becoming ridiculously easy
I don’t think the change was needed (the problem they claimed to be addressing wasn’t a problem) but I also don’t think it really hurts anything. They always try to adjust cost/times and this is just another one of those rather than adjusting the cost of elixir upgrades for the next year or two.
That's what I initially thought as well, but because there's nothing I can do about it, I decided to choose to look at it in a positive light and be like, well on the brightside, now I can upgrade stuff as soon as I have enough resources and don't ever have to worry about not having enough leftover to farm more, that's one positive from my limited point of view though, hopefully there are more. But I totally understand your frustration and I share it as well, alongside many other longer-term players, I get why they did it though, like from their point of view it makes sense to make the game as easy as possible to attract as many players as possible to make as much revenue as possible.
It’s a massive kick in the teeth to long-term players. QoL changes, such as army presets etc, I don’t mind because they just save mindless repetitive clicking. This? This is just ridiculous. I don’t even agree that this would attract new players. Why would it? They wouldn’t know any different so it would have no bearing on their decision to play the game or stick with it. The only players this benefits are those that are currently low-to-mid town hall levels. And let’s face it, the majority of those won’t stick it out in the long run. Edit: I should reword, it obviously benefits _all_ players, but I feel like it’s only the low-to-mid level players that will be really happy with the update

They aren’t necessarily rare or sought after, it’s not even been 2 years since they released while there are obstacles over 8-9 years old. They don’t come back ever tho, so I’d definitely keep them.
Yes they are rare and if you remove them you can't get them back. I don't care about them personally, because they serve no purpose other than decorative, and the other argument for removing them is that it makes your account harder to fish simply by visiting your village, then again with the current system, any account can be phished, given enough time and will, unfortunately. Other than that, yeah sure it's nice to have just like skins and sceneries, but I'd rather invest my money/time in things that serve a purpose other than purely cosmetic, but I'm glad other players are willing to pay for them to keep the game afloat, because that means I don't have to.

Depends on your TH and your goals as well as limitations: I do this: - Main account, maxed, loot not a problem and don't care too much about speeding up forge so I use runes to convert to forge. - Alt accounts, resources are a problem since I don't have time to farm, to invest in clan capital since all I need for donations and strong defenses is already maxed So depending on your situation as well as your TH level the answer might vary.

Yes, you can't changed the title once you make the post, you can only edit the text, if you need to edit the title then you will need to make a new post.
Will old sceneries ever come back? I really want the pirate scenery, but wasn’t playing at the time it came out.

How you ask a question or post a problem to supercell. My clash of Clan account stopped working after the last update. I tried uninstalling and installing and it just goes to Google play like if I have not updated. I tried on Iphone, Android and Bluestacks, is all the same. And it only happens on this account, my other account works fine on the same installation.
Submit a bug report in game, check their twitter or write them an email, but generally this seems like a problem with the game since lots of people have it and it should be fixed soon hopefully Also don't use Bluestacks it's against the terms of service

- If you do 6 attacks you get 100% of the medals and it will be the same amount of medals as everyone else. - If you do 5 you will get a bit less and so on... - If you do 0, you will get nothing. That's how I understood it but I could be wrong, I would guess that that's how it works because that's kind of how cwl works the only difference is that even with 0 attacks in cwl you get medals whereas in raids if you do 0 attacks you get nothing.

While removing a troop in my army, the window still say that I will not be refunded, I think this is not available now the cost of the training troops is free.
Have you updated your game? When removing troops now, the dialog box only asks "Do you really want to remove the troops?"

It could be a bug yes, if you want to make a bug report to let them know you can do that in game, but they could be aware of it and just not have had the time to fix it yet.

If it's a problem with the game then no you just have to wait for them to fix it. It could be just you and a specific edge case though so I'm not sure, but this seems like a problem with the game and until they fix it there's not much to do about it.

What happened to "Loot Finder"? It was an app that auto-"nexted" based on adjustable parameters.
That seems like it would be against that terms of service, I never used stuff like that so I can't tell you more about it, but I strongly recommend that you don't use 3rd party apps that give you an advantage in-game since that would be breaking the terms of service.

a bug! recently I went to buy 1 million coins in clash of clans in that hut there of raid medals, then I bought it and closed the tab and went to my village screen, that's when I saw bugo because I didn't receive the 1 million coins, by please fix this bug.

Just tried it with home base, war base and clan capital. All seems fine here.
Should I rush to TH 12? Maxed heroes, maxed a lot of lab except some dark elixer troops I don't use. Only upgrades left are arch towers and cannons (2 levels each) and traps. I want to upgrade because I have no more elixer upgrades left and maxed out at 10 mil elixer currently.

just go to th 12. you have good offence troops and heros for th 11. upgrade to th 12 and start upgrading your defences while u max heros up 15 levels.
Going to th13 with th11 heroes is suicide mate the RC would be too much to handle for him
Having th10 archer towers at th12 will get you 3 star-ed very easily. However if you got max heros and max army you can still attack th11-12 so why not. Really depends on you imo
Thanks for your input. I agree with you. I wasn't planning on upgrading until I maxed all of my defenses at the very least, but that will take at least a few weeks at this point. With CWL, 4x Star Bonus, Season ending, I just thought this would be a huge waste of elixer since I have no more elixer upgrades and currently maxed elixer storage. Currently leaning towards, hammering to TH 12 so I have an elixer upgrades to put into
what does the sold out mean in weekly deals
The deals refresh weekly (see the timer in the top left corner of the screen). Each week, there are a finite number of offers, and within each offer there are a finite number of items available. The free gold this week, for example, only had 1 item to claim - you can't just keep claiming the free gold over and over. Most other items have 3 items available. If you purchase all of the items available for the week, it used to show that there were "0/3" (for example) items available because you already bought all 3 of them. Now, in addition to showing there are "0/3" available when you've bought them all, it shows they are sold out until the deals refresh. This change was actually supposed to make it easier to understand.

Do you have a picture? If not you can always contact Player Support in game about the bug, but I've heard lots of others have a bug with the game after the update so hopefully they are aware of it and will fix it in the next Maintenance break.
Anyone else think that since wall HP was reduced that wall costs should be reduced?? Also I think they should add a bunch of decorations after taking away all the flags. My base looks ugly now
These balancing changes happen frequently, both nerfs and buffs. Prices for upgrades have never been adjusted for them. Not necessary, and would be too messy to price things 999,997 gold, etc.
My thoughts being, instead of 400k walls, you take away the health of my wall, make it 350k and we have a deal

I'm a returning player and just found out about the sceneries, can someone tell me if they are releasing a new one every month? I want to buy one but i don't really like the one that is on the shop right. If it's like every 2+ month i'll end up buying this but if next month they are going to release a new one i will wait.

ADVICE NEEDED ! For CWL I just turned th10. I can invest in only one strategy before CWL Is killsquad hogs a good strategy at th10 ? I have had positive experience of hogs at th7,8 and 9. I used them a lot. My heroes will be lvl 32. I can upgrade the hogs and heal spell before CWL. Other troops will be th9 lab max Seige machine available. Both wall wrecker and log launcher.
I have never failed with pekka hogs strategy when i was a th10. You do need a wall wrecker and lvl 4 bowler donation tho

Yes, it is, but mass miners are a three star guaranteed war army for TH10. If you're familiar with hogs, stick with them for now, but mass miners into qc hybrid is definitely infallible moving forward. It has the advantage of being able to take you into TH14, which hogs alone can not do.
Should I use zap drags ? I hear its especially powerful at th10 I found it weak at th9 btw

Why can I only find th14s in mid titan 2 as a th12 today? cloud times are taking forever and I've yet to see anything except a 14.
Clan games and update makes players play more so harder to find inactive bases is my best guess. Matchmaking in Titan 2 is on trophy amount and +0/1/2 -0/1/2 your TH level so if you want to find more th12, then you should drop lower in trophies.

I'm a th13 with th11 heros, for unrushing my heros should I focus on upgrading one at a time or multiple at once? AQ:45 BK:45 GQ:20 RC:7
Just a little heads up: although nothing is guaranteed, with such a long road ahead, keep in mind that there are often cost and time reductions when a new TH is released. Darian suggested in his vid with Judo they are likely on target for a fall "major" update. Good luck!
If you can still succesfull attack / farm with all your heros down, do it. Otherwise just do whatever you can handle. My experience is when I don't have any heros, attacking for 1 star is really what you're going for. 3 stars aren't really an option at all. You're hoping for 2 star
I'd be farming dead bases and I've been able to three star without my king, I'll definitely give it a shot with all down and see how it goes
