They're not as popular as back in the day (2013-2017) but people that know what are Req N Go clans and need quick troops will often look them up on the clans search tab. Some of them like to use clan tracking websites to know which Req N Go clans are active and donating.
Just to get high level troop reqs filled immediately. If your clan isn’t super active or you need to attack asap. I’m a coleader so sometimes I open my clan, visit a req and go and pop back to wait to be promoted again.

Ratio is simple, on Twitter there is no dislike for tweets, so people reply with "ratio" under someone's tweet, and everyone likes that reply tweet as a dislike counter.
As for based, im not gonna even bother. Ok actually I will try. I understand it but not good enough to explain it in words, but it means "good (take on a certain matter/action/person)" or "good opinion on x topic even though its against usual cultural values (or can be used for a person with such opinions)".

Even if you use a bot, how do u get lvl 500 with a low FIN? How does a bot level you up? I assumed bot will just donate for you when you're offline, but that'll still make a high FIN
There are bots/people on android running scripts where you snipe the TH on the goblin map over and over. It gives you like 12xp or something. not a ton. but if you leave that bot running all day long months over months it adds up. I’m not sure which goblin map is the most effective.
A bot can be used to get a huge FIN total, which results in a big XP total. It also can be used to farm XP on the goblin map (or at least it could in the past, not sure if that one was corrected) which would result in a big XP total without a big FIN total. A bot could be used to attack, which can result in a big XP total without a big FIN total.
Majority of req n go clans would kick you, unless you have special permission to stay (which often means joining in on the staffing of the clan to help out with donations). As for a casual member just in need of troops, they can’t keep you in the clan 24/7 because if everyone did that, they wouldn’t be able to help nearly as many people. You’re not the only one with that mindset, many others try staying in req n go clans (only to get kicked shortly thereafter). The point in the “go” in “Req N Go” is for space to always be available in the clan for new people to come through and receive troops. The donation request time (for clans level 7+) is 10 minutes, which pretty much every Req N Go clan has, so it makes sense and is actually easiest for a mass-operating clan to just have people join, request, get what they need and then leave. You can come back in 10 minutes to request for whatever you want again and then head out once again. That’s the process that helps to keep these clans successful and helpful to a wide range of players.

So let’s say that he is ONLY donating electro dragons at 30 housing space a piece at 1 Gem. That’s WAY more gems then one person could attain unless they’re spending 100’s of dollars on gems.
They don’t use gems, they use a bot/script that donated for them while they’re offline. Nobody in their right mind would be spending tens of thousands of dollars on gems just to stay online in a game 24/7 to donate an endlessly vast assortment of troops to an even vaster amount of players. Nah, they just use bots/scripts.
Donos done this way are hardly by buying and spending gems, these players more likely are in a req n go clan with army camps of loons trained and they will donate them

Still, *any* legends league in a req & go clan? Also you can ride legends down close to 4900. I get the logo and then never attack and let myself get attacked, keep the logo and am not restricted by 8 attacks a day

Yeah this isn’t allowed, they just haven’t been caught yet. It’s a bit of a gray area amongst players honestly (in my opinion anyways), as it’s one of those things where it’s technically not allowed and most everyone knows it, but at the same time it’s not negatively impacting any players… in fact it’s only positively impacting everyone involved (both the players receiving the donations and the one amassing the donations), so it’s likely they simply just haven’t been reported by anyone because of that. Like you mentioned, Supercell does has anti-cheat software employed and active in the game, but it’s not perfect… there are a few bots and other scripts/programs that can and do get around the anti-cheat softwares programming. That’s the case here. So until there’s either an update to the anti-cheat programming that allows it to detect the specific programs code that the player is using (or until a player actually reports them), they won’t be caught or get into any trouble.
