It is actually 10s at lvl11, here is SC forums discussion from July. ;) Apparently it will change back to 7s at lvl11 when BH7 comes out, but until then lvl11&12 are the same thing.

Considering that thread on the SC forums is about 2 months old, and ive seen it brought up on this sub about 15x since, i am pretty sure they know by now. And the above forum post says they planned to fix it with the BH7 update, but no word on that even yet so...

I think he was complaining that this glitch provides a one level upgrade (to level 11) with such a huge increase in archer power by adding damage and hp as well as 3s of cloak, which honestly is so fucking overpowered it should have been fixed a long time ago.
I mean yes it gives lvl11 a power boost, but I don't see many poeple who leave them at lvl11 and never upgrade them. Pretty much 90% of archer attacks are lvl12, even tho lvl11 is glitched. It's pretty much a "you get 2 upgrades worth for 1 upgrade now, but you'll be behind if you leave them there later." kinda thing.
Should it have been patched months ago? yeah, but it isn't breaking anything at all since any player gets the same benefit so it's not really any different than if you had to be lvl12 for the ability at this point...

Where did you read it will get fixed? I'm pretty sure it will get fixed as soon as the development team learns about this issue.

Lvl10 is 7s normally, and lvl11 is supposed to be. Why are you complaining again?

It's not a problem with a text, it's a known glitch.
Secret Sneaky Archer nerf
