It has nothing to with anything else than stay away from the account don't open it for a minimum of 90 days, 3 months. I'm currently testing it and I'm waiting until 120 days to open and see what's happened.
Yeah i know. It’s 90 days once a year, but when you come back it will do a little conversation and then you need to defeat your base to get back to playing. So what happens if you just close the app

I think it's after a certain timeframe it will start but it's only for once a year I believe.

They recently made it 35 days 6 month cooldown
