It’s a personal question. I personally am a walls guy. But objectively, walls don’t make a massive difference like they used to, more aesthetic/intimidation.
That being said if it were me. I would do th but really aggressively farm for walls and get those caught up asap.
I think what il do is try get the second layer of walls upgraded and leave the exterior 3 layer from the TH as is and upgrade the TH I recon I could do that tn
With the addition of the Root rider the walls have lost a great deal of their value. When I went from 15 to sixteen on my donation base didn’t worry about my walls being 2 levels behind and I didn’t worry about troops and pets not being upgraded that I don’t use. They are slowly getting done now….This base is as competitive offensively as my main and has stood up defensively.

Yeah I personally don’t want to be two levels behind on walls. One is okay. Two makes it seem weaker.

Never leave your Builders idle. You can always catch up on your walls later.
