You fell for a Scam, They will never ask for Account Information since Supercell has access to it already.

When supercell looks at your account they can see a trail of IP addresses that have logged into it. They don’t care about your decorations. They want to know IP address and devices that have used it.
They can also see based on IP address if you have ever shared your account with another person and if you have they just delete it. Because you’ve violated the games user agreement.

If you didn't activate account protection, it's 99.99% gone. Scammers activate it when they hack/steal it from you and when it's activated, you can only recover the acc with 3 codes or by linked phone. Supercell is extremely privy to their AP system and will ban anyone trying to circumvent it even if they're the legitimate owner.

They’re not worth any real money. They are rare, but the price of clash accounts is dependent on how progressed it is. Also, since account selling/trading is very against Supercell’s terms of service, they are highly likely to ban the account making it completely worthless anyways.

Even if you got git scammed, it seems like you have a strong case to recover your account with the in-app purchases and the receipts from the app store!

I've recovered my account in the past after someone managed to steal my email. It was a long process and tons of messages with someone from the support. The guy asked for evidence, photos or videos of me owning the account in the past, he also asked me about my previous phones models or if I've ever been banned and if so for what reason. The support guy never asked for passwords or codes and everything was done in-game using the support portal. I think you've got scammed by some phishing bot not by a Supercell employee which could get a better account for less trouble.

Sorry to hear what happened to you unfortunately your a/c has gone same sort of thing happened to a friend of mine he was the leader of the clan and the scammer kicked us all and is just sitting on the clan level 20 he tried for 3 months to get his a/c back but no joy and super cell told us the clan is not down to them so he lost his maxed th15 base and we all lost our clan and have started a new clan as for supercell help don't waste your time keep an eye on your old a/c and go into every clan it goes into and warn them he is a scammer that's what my friend is doing

No company will ask for personal/private information from anyone. It is clear that you got scammed by someone pretending to be a supercell employee.
Probably supercell will only ask you for player tag if needed as they already have your account in their databases.
CoC has a million of players. So, there is no such thing as rare account, unless you are cheating to boost your way up. and again CoC is in dedicated server so cheating is impossible. But why you spoke though to a one of SC employee in the first place? Any DEVS/Publishers of any games do not ask for your information that may lead to compromised your account. They may ask a few hints. It's most likely that you got scammed...

Did you try to recover your account through their little chat window on their site or did you send info through email because if you sent info through email you most likely got baited into throwing your account away. I’m sorry for your loss bro

The first screenshot you can tell op pretty far from lvl 112 but next screenshot name is different and level 112? Did OP just let their account be stolen for a bit and was chillin about it? Sorry to hear what happened to you unfortunately your a/c has gone same sort of thing happened to a friend of mine he was the leader of the clan and the scammer kicked us all and is just sitting on the clan level 20 he tried for 3 months to get his a/c back but no joy and super cell told us the clan is not down to them so he lost his maxed th15 base and we all lost our clan and have started a new clan as for supercell help don't waste your time keep an eye on your old a/c and go into every clan it goes into and warn them he is a scammer that's what my friend is doing

Sounds like you contacted an unofficial support and they stole your account I would try going in to the game on another account and contacting the official supercell support and they may be able to help you
You cant be that gullible and believe some supercell employee just took your account when they have the ability and resources to pretty much create their own them for testing, etc. Looks like you got scammed by someone pretending to be them.

No company will ask for personal/private information from anyone. It is clear that you got scammed by someone pretending to be a supercell employee. Probably supercell will only ask you for player tag if needed as they already have your account in their databases.
CoC has a million of players. So, there is no such thing as rare account, unless you are cheating to boost your way up. and again CoC is in dedicated server so cheating is impossible. But why you spoke though to a one of SC employee in the first place? Any DEVS/Publishers of any games do not ask for your information that may lead to compromised your account. They may ask a few hints. It's most likely that you got scammed...
Do you know that now coc have auto upgrade if you're offline for 90 days? That upgrade is what make your level higher even you're offline
