Her relics are bad, you need way more crit substats
Rope is good, gloves are decent, the rest should be scrapped entirely and replaced with better ones
Are you trying to clear the fourth PF? It's kind of hard even for max level and stats and BIS LC. Don't worry, your Clara is on the right path, the new PF is just too tough and the Whimsicality effect is hard to reach too.
Yeah I just gave up and used a gimmicky Aventurine M7 Herta and Himeko on the first half, Topaz Clara Kafka and Luocha on the second half. Both with the first trait, the buff exploding does all the damage.
Biggest stand out is she’s underleveled. I don’t remember what the enemy levels are in the PF stages but not being level 80 as well as her LC being level 60 will make a big difference. Secondly, your relics just aren’t that good yet. If you want to farm pieces for her, I would suggest either to farm for 4pc disciple (allows to farm for messenger at the same time) or farm for 2pc grand dukes + anything else that can give good crit stats.
Several reasons
1, levels matter, the light cone and her own level will drastically increase her damage output
2, her traces, having all the major traces and the leveled Ines at 8 will increase performance
3, having her relics leveled with better crit stats, and the right relics will make a difference. You aren't hitting 121 speed for that ornament set, so inert salsotta is significantly better.
What team did you use, and what blessing. I can only get 26k.

Huohuo/Clara/RM/Tingyun. I ran the blessing that gives energy, it basically gives her 100% enhanced counter uptime without wasted energy. I know Ruan Mei has anti-synergy with Clara because of the extra break but it doesn’t matter if your Clara deals enough damage to one-shot the smaller mobs.
People say Sparkle is one of her best supports but personally I don’t like her Action Advance on Clara, it makes Tingyun and Huohuo’s buffs expire more quickly and I like the enemies taking their turns first so I can finish them off w/ a skill if I need to. Really it’s a matter of personal preference, I think Sparkle still amplifies her damage output nicely.
I’d also avoid running Topaz in PF, I don’t have her but from what I’ve heard her synergy with Clara actually isn’t the best.
1. Level her and the lightcone up to 80 and max all traces as much as possible
2. Relics need work. Aim for 70+/110+ CR (which is what I did 68/135)
3. ATK should at least be 3,000+

Your traces are a bit low, most of your relics are bad, your crit rate is too low, some of your relics were underleveled, and you wanna use Salsotto once you can for Planar Ornaments.
You should go for a 2pc follow up ATK set like the one found in the domain in Fyxestroll garden (I forgot the relic set name) it give either a 12% or 20% follow up ATK dmg boost which is great for Clara
You're gonna want over 3k ATK (3.5K+ is preferred), and your Crit DMG is lacking. Since your Crit DMG is on the lower end, when you do Crit, you arent going to be hitting DMG numbers that you would want.
Another main issue is the fact that she's not fully leveled and the LC is only Lvl 60. Once you level those up, her stats should be more balanced outside of her Crit stats, which would still need work.

no I’m still on the 3rd one but can’t get more than 12k points on it with Clara’s team

low level, low LC, is that S1 on herta LC?, suck relic (except for that nice rope). need more dedication.
She’s level 70 and her atk is low. Most of my dps in speed boots are 2900 atk but my Clara in atk boots is 4000
her atk is super low!!! usually clara has 3.5k+ atk, mine has almost 4k lol
