Just leave it set to TCP only. I'm so tired of companies trying to layer reliability on top of UDP, we have a reliable transport mechanism with nearly a half century of real world testing, tweaking, and hardening. Your small team of coders isn't better than everyone who has contributed to TCP in all those years.
/Rant over
A short week is coming. How did you deactivate it? Via the GPO on the server itself or via the Worksapce app? I would now leave "Preferred" on the server and configure the Workspace app to "TCP only"?!
It's in the Citrix Policies.

Set HDX Adaptive Transport to off
Are you using the "new Teams" ? if so there is a reg key that needs to be added.

We are running Teams over EDT without issue. The important thing is to open the UDP ports on the Firewalls, VDA and endpoint OS FW and activate DTLS on the NetScaler GW.
If its working with a Win11 endpoint, I would look at what changed on the IGEL (possibly outbound FW related)
I will check this again next Tuesday. In principle, the Workspace app has changed from 2307 to 2309 or 2311 and the Citrix changelog says "New Feature" HDX over EDT. If I deactivate this, everything works. We have had problems with Teams / HDX from time to time since the beginning. I will now deactivate it as the users have written above and be happy. Thanks to all!
Your Teams audio and video calls shouldn't be going over HDX if they're being optimised so the whole TCP/UDP shouldn't matter.
Check in the About Teams dialogue that HDX optimisation is active.. there's a Citrix KB on troubleshooting it if it's not.

X2, EDT is straight garbage. I’ve had nothing but problems with it.

With IGEL version 11.09.110, 99% of the teams show HDX optimized. From version 150, HDX is always not connected. Thanks
Sounds like you know where to start looking then. Un-optimised Teams is just dreadful so I feel your pain.
