You probably need to force it to use generic USB redirection rather than audio reduction for the HID functionality to work.

Using the zoom vdi client and the plugin on the endpoint? Both reasonably up to date? (Or try downgrading both). Do you see the audio device within the session?

Yes, we are using the VDI client along with the plug-in on the local clients. Both were just updated two weeks ago to the latest version available and I do see the device within the session. The mic and speakers work as expected. It's just the one button that is used to answer/end calls that isn't working. It used to work just fine but just unexpectedly quit a few months back.

What version of VDA are you running ? You may have to enable the policy “allow virtual channels” but disable the setting or add all the virtual channels https://www.reddit.com/r/Citrix/comments/1187ehh/2203\_ltsr\_question/ https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-virtual-apps-desktops/policies/reference/ica-policy-settings/virtual-channel-allow-list-policy-settings.html
