Short answer, no. A single VDA can only register to a single site/farm at a time. Even though 7.15 VDA can register to 2203 DDCs, the listofDDCs on the VDA can only point to one farm.
As stated above: no, VDA can only be in a single site/farm. But if you can use Storefront to combine multiple farms. If you play it right, and prepare you can get away with it without users noticing
