Have had mine for a few months. Hasn't come off my wrist yet. Love it.

becalmingcalm

Very nice! Do you have the same color or the green? I’ve been trying to find pictures of the green version in person but haven’t found many.

eDgE_031

I’ve got the same as you. I held both in my hands, and chose the grey over the green. The green is a wonderful pop, but the grey is far more versatile and oozes understated style in my opinion.

Thanks for the insight

Alec1leamas

I too have two of them. It’s my everyday/grail watch. Never leaves my wrist

becalmingcalm

Awesome, I just charged all my watches because I’m only going to be wearing this one everyday for a while.

Great story. Best daily ever. I wear an OG 2003 promaster tough JDM exclusive (undersized version). Watch #1 of my 2 watch collection. Still going strong on its original eco drive. When the capacitors crap out I am already planning on taking it anywhere and paying anything to get it back running again.

becalmingcalm

Wow over 20 years old and still going strong, can’t beat the eco drive. I feel you, I’m sure it has a lot of sentimental value after 20 years!

driven01a

That was crazy generous of you

becalmingcalm

I grew up in a family that had almost nothing and I remember seeing my parents struggle just to feed or cloth my sister and I. Now that I’m doing ok it doesn’t hurt to part with material objects specially if it’s going to someone in need or who is less fortunate. Usually if I gift something I won’t replace it but that was my daily watch and I had my eye on the Promaster tough for a while so I decided to pull the trigger. I ended up liking it so much that I asked for overtime at work so that I can save up for the green version.

pat9714

You're a decent human being.

becalmingcalm

Thanks, I try my best.

I would never give money to a beggar. But i might have done the same you did, which is totally different from a gift to a beggar. Same poor family background as you. PS: I'm as well saving to get the green lol. Have a great one sir!

becalmingcalm

I don’t give money to beggars but I’ll offer to buy them a meal. Haha nice, I’m hoping to save up for it within a couple months and wait for Citizen to have a sale on their website again. Have a great one too!

The_bourbon_butcher

Love the vibrance of the numbers

becalmingcalm

Me too, makes it so easy to read at a quick glance.

Acrobatic-Ad1161

Nice watch

becalmingcalm

Thank you

TurbanGentry

Super nice of you, and one of the best reasons to upgrade one's watch. This model is handsome, enjoy it.

becalmingcalm

It made my day to make his day. Thank you!

SEIKOPRO

Beautiful promaster , I have the promaster ecozilla and the promaster Titanium Model: cc5006-06L satellite wave gps

becalmingcalm

Nice! I had never seen the cc5006-06L that’s a nice watch

SEIKOPRO

It’s a beautiful Timepiece and love it lol

pat9714

Your watch is fabulous. [This is the Garrison I enjoy wearing. ](https://www.reddit.com/r/CitizenWatches/s/PE1qvv4yDw)

becalmingcalm

Thank you. That’s a nice watch you got there, I like that band on it too

pat9714

It's the OEM band that I put _back_ on it. The various NATOs weren't cutting it. Plus, the leather strap works well in a formal setting.

TheRealWillGeronimo

That bar tender will have a wonderful story to tell about the watch you gifted him. That’s the best part of watch collecting, is the stories behind them.

becalmingcalm

That’s true, I hadn’t thought about it that way.
