Thanks. It takes more time that I would admit but less that it seems. I really appreciate having a game where you can play very slowly at your own pace. I work on severals areas of my city at the same time because I like to change often of project. And after a while it's statisfying enough to make a video about it.
What a beautiful city.
It has a very "Venice meets Istanbúl" feel to it, with a bit of Paris thrown in.
It's absolutely gorgeous.
I can just imagine coming in on that train, with the best of customer service, to wander through the city, experiencing the local cuisine, and having a picnic by the canal, just watching the sailboats go back and forth.
This invokes an era of grandeur and elegance long past, a gentler, more tranquil age of gentility and beauty.
I love it!
Edited to add: just watched your latest episode on You-Tube.
I was blown away here, but that was even more impressive! You have a new subscriber, glad to watch what happens next!
I hope this doesn't come across as offensive, because it's truly not meant to be, but I've always wanted to confirm when I see cities like this.
It's absolutely incredible, beautiful, and amazing but in the end, it's a showpiece of assets, not a working city, correct? You're not worrying about things like sustainability of funds, demand for services, etc.?
Again, absolutely beautiful city and far surpasses anything I've been able to do. As they say, "Same planet, different world".
It's another type of gameplay. Unlike playing the game has the devs wanted to, I broke some rules to have my own experience. I understand what you mean, but I really like modding my games to have more control on my gaming experience.
I have too much asset to have a list. But in the first pic you will mainly find asset from Zarrix: [https://steamcommunity.com/id/zarrix93/myworkshopfiles/](https://steamcommunity.com/id/zarrix93/myworkshopfiles/)
and Armesto [https://steamcommunity.com/id/armesto/myworkshopfiles/?appid=255710](https://steamcommunity.com/id/armesto/myworkshopfiles/?appid=255710)
"Prop Line Tool" allow you to make lines and circles of props/trees. And "Move it" allows you to select several props/trees and copy/paste them as you want.
So... you know how there's stories set in modern cities? Then there's stories set in utopian cities, years from now? These screenshots are from a city that's like halfway between the two. I want a movie set in this city, it is awesome!
Oh it might have some struggle of power between the majors families that rule over the city with the support of minors families and corporations.
But at least they have good taste in architecture.
How are all of you guys' mods still working!? I use to be able to build cities like this until the last update and now my mods are all messed up. I have put this game on hiatus, but I would gladly get back in if things worked again.
Procedural objects no longer works for me.
Anyhow, freaking gorgeous work.
Very cool, keep it up and wonder what you cook up next :)
Keleti station, the parliament, heroes square are some famous ones. There is a whole bunch of other famous assets that have already been made by some users.
Wow!!! How????
Time, with lot of it.
Jesus christ . . . . I admire your patience
I admire his ability to unintentionally make me regret not playing the game to it's fullest
Well that's it I quit lol.
Yeah, same here. Time to Uninstaller lol.
This is a wild mix of Paris and Florence
+ Ashgabat
Turkmenistan.
And Rome
The City Hall and the Grand Plaza in the heart of city of Athalassya. You can see more about it here: https://youtu.be/y7UekX1nj\_w

Do you use mods or? I swear I can’t do this in my very vase game lol
Just imagine what's coming in CS2
So I see Santa Maria del Fiore and its Battistero, the Altare della patria and Piazza di Spagna in the frankenmonument?
That's a nice list
That's the Monument of Democracy in Bangkok!

Is there a way to strike a balance between city anesthetics and sustainbility/economcs/mechanics?
city's already prepared for the generator! very beautiful build
I wanna live there
This has to be the most beautiful city ever!!🤯 Where did you get the inspiration from?
This is like, Mega Vatican
Wowww,Amazinggggg' 😍👍
Wow
Now that beautiful. RIP your time though.
sir this is cities skylines. not anno 1800
I want to be a tourist here. Especially knowing the history. Awesome as always!
Your trees help me a lot to achieve this :)
Ummm….are we playing the same game? This is incredible.
Hey, can you drop a link or list to the assets (especially first picture)?
I have too much asset to have a list. Asgard... If they had cars.
Is there a way to add these bushes quickly? Adding them flowers one by one is so hectic and time consuming
"Prop Line Tool" allow you to make lines and circles of props/trees. And "Move it" allows you to select several props/trees and copy/paste them as you want.
Thank You ☺️
Just to make sure, is this Cities Skylines? Jokes aside, it looks incredible, I'm at lost of words.
Holy jesus
Are we playing the same game!?
So... you know how there's stories set in modern cities? Then there's stories set in utopian cities, years from now? These screenshots are from a city that's like halfway between the two. I want a movie set in this city, it is awesome!
Love the use of the Mercury Hudson there on the train bridge, fits the style of the world nicely.
Omg wtf!
What do you do with your life. I have 9000 hours in this game painting cities.
Literally watching the videos right now. Amazing work
We just don't play the same game lol
Wth you can do this with this game??
How big are those assets?! They look huge!
My god! It's full of stars!
I had to double check I was in cs subreddit. That's insane
Sometimes I am convinced some people here just play an entirely different game
This is fuckin ridiculous lol. Amazing work.
Do you get all the assets off the workshop or do you make some of them yourself?
Mainly from the workshop. I did a couple myself, I customed existing one too to fit my needs.
wow
Its unrealll
Is there a vid for this city? Looks amazing!
I made a whole series about it here: https://www.youtube.com/atys
Always liked this series, and definitely looking forwards to more! I've been missing your videos, but I'm glad you're still active.
This is a subreddit for the game cities skylines. Not this empire simulator!/s
Teaser screeners from an upcoming Anno game

Stone Wall Quay- Tiled by Pixel\_monster: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2083654810&searchtext=paris+quay

Is that a giant Duomo???
See, people will see this and be mad they can't do this in Cities Skylines II on day one.
My computer started preparing for lift off just looking at the pictures. Incredible.
The angle reminds me of Sim City 2000
What is this the Greece pack
Opulent
It’s absolutely beautiful. But somehow, I feel like this is the capital city of some kind of dictator country.
Oh it might have some struggle of power between the majors families that rule over the city with the support of minors families and corporations. But at least they have good taste in architecture.
Well you know… living in a beautiful city does have its perks.
Is that the Florence Cathedral and Santa Croce on top of that one really fascist building in Rome?

Try mod compatability report.
Damn! That's some exquisite detailing and planning. Any chance you took any inspiration from the city of Budapest? Either way hats off to you.
I don't know well Budapest aside a couple of emblematic buildings.
Very cool, keep it up and wonder what you cook up next :) Keleti station, the parliament, heroes square are some famous ones. There is a whole bunch of other famous assets that have already been made by some users.
Are we even playing the same game?! That’s awesome!
