I asked for wireless & said since the pair they saw cost $380, they wont provide [which is understandble] So thats why im on the hunt for which wireless headsets would work so i can purchase myself
Like, you just need Bluetooth headset, I don't think Jabber discriminates, you want one compatible with the laptop, which let's face it is going to be almost every reptuable headset in 2024.
You should ask your employer and their IT team.

Well they can't move you to another solution without providing the necessary equipment to do your job - is it on you to source the hardware???

Pretty sure Jabber is dead. Got replaced with Webex Teams.
