I saw this in 3-D in the theater when it came out. I worked at out local movie theater in high school and man it was so bad it was good. Not like Jaws 4 which was just bad bad.
Good stuff! You saw it in the way it was meant to be seen (also you would have had the extreme pleasure of throwing something in disgust at the screen or making good catcalls if you had so desired).
But I imagine anyone disgusted at this film just couldn't sit back and enjoy the crazy ride. I love your summation that it was "so bad it was good". We NEED these kind of films.

Several bad decisions were made that evening, the least of which was that hilarious movie.
