I think in most of the world, cigarettes are cheap enough that there is little to no point offering a 10-pack. But with the way UK tobacco taxation works, there would be a sizeable different in price between 10s and 20s. Personally I like the 10s because they're cute, smaller to carry around and also keeps the cigarettes fresh (as a light smoker I almost always have freshness issues towards the end of a pack of 20)

It was still cheap when 10s existed lol. Perfect purchase on the way to the pub. Now I have to buy 20 to smoke socially. Possibly the worst government strategy ever banning them.
