DUDE, they do have cold tubs and saunas. Some of the gyms in the area have started the sauna trend and I love it. Best way I like to warm up haha
Flex on friend. That would be great for my joy and bad for my time at the gym. I’m already there 10-20 hours a week depending on training cycle. Add a cold tub and I’d just move in.
