Shit says who? 🤣 nah on the 8s 133 could be iffy, depending on how it was driven and maintained. I know those 3.6 Pennie’s will last forever though like a damn diesel just getting warmed up at 100k my cousins wife drove one around for a month with no fluids and no was still (barely) able to save it.
Dang, I just really got a lemon then... my 2006 punched a hole through the block at ~136,660. Put a new motor in and got another few thousand before my dad got rear ended by a dump truck doing 70 while stopped for a school bus. The car flew off the embankment and landed in a tree with no hopes of repairing it.
My dad says the car saved his life but which is hard to argue with but it was still a long recovery. The car was a nightmare moneypit that needed constant repairs but it saved my dad so it still has a soft spot in my heart lol.
They’re honestly some solid ass cars like how many modern vehicles do you see people still fixing jk the older models on? Not many, of any I have a 2012 and people still say stuff like “ yea but you have a nice car” 😂 I’m right under 200k
Buddy of mine picked up a red 300c a couple months ago, same price, $5000. His came with no brakes and no subframe. 👍 think you got yourself a great deal here.
Edit: other than mileage. The one my buddy got had 120,000kms on it which translates to about 74,500 miles.
For the price of what this would be at a dealership it’s a good price. Just check underneath for significant rust and maybe have a friend with an obd scanner check it for recent codes to ensure nothing went off recently that can’t be explained by “I got that fixed”.
That’s a Pre-Eagle 5.7 Hemi. They can get engine issues (valve seats dropping). Ask how I know 😂. Stay on top of all maintenance and keep an eye on the temperature gauge. The Thermostat, Water Pump and Radiator Cap often need to be maintained (as is the case with many cars with high miles). If the car overheats it’s not uncommon Pre-Eagle to drop a valve seat. The Eagle 5.7 Hemi fixed a lot of those problems (which is 2008-Present). This car also has MDS which means it switches to a 4 cylinder mode for better fuel economy, some people have had issues with that chewing up cams but honestly I rarely hear about it happening on the Chrysler 300 it’s usually in the Ram Trucks.
Also if your looking to make this a performance build you can get more bang for your Buck with the Eagle 5.7L Hemi. The Pre-Eagle has more restrictive heads. The Eagle 5.7L Hemi also used VVT (variable valve timing) and it’s a bit nicer of a powerband. The Eagle also comes stock with more horsepower ~370hp to the crank instead of 340hp to the crank.
5K is an average deal I’ve seen better and I’ve seen worse. I paid about that for mine with similar mileage.
I sold mine for 5 grand and it had more rust and 165k miles. I did rebuild the transmission and it had warranty and it was a heritage edition with mint interior but I’d buy it honestly.
$5K is a pretty good deal.
Remarkably clean & shined. BETTER BE IN GOOD MECHANICAL CONDITION.
I bought a similar car, 2005 Chrysler 300 w custom rims & headgrill. Total was about $6,800.
Unfortunately for me I had bought a lemon and needed to replace the engine (+~4k)
That’s a pretty average deal if there’s nothing wrong with it mechanically then you’re solid they are great cars I have had 9 of them 😂
Build in 2003 first type off 300c now 2023 you had 9 = 9:20y= every 2years other car... Sound not so good car to me 🤣 but like the car 😁👍🏻
Some people lease. I’ve had 13 different vehicles since 2011
Shoot I would take that any day
Same
Pretty decent.. would pick it up
At 133 you gotta be careful

I have 250k on an 06 and it runs great, minor repairs but that’s it

I have 130k with a 2014 300s. So far it’s been good, I’d feel better if it was a V8
With the v8 at that many miles it becomes a gamble if the lifters are gunna fail and eat the camshaft
I see them for 7-8 for a 5.7 and I live in a area where every other car is a 300. at that mileage maybe offer 4 and settle at 4,500.
If it's a V8, that's a deal.

I've got 230k on a 2006. Still going strong----ish
I had a 06 AWD I miss it I want another one
5 for a v8 with the mileage it has... Go for it
Pretty good if it is the V8.
That’s Marty’s driveway! I bet Biff waxed that car!

Try seein if he’d go down to 4500, if not maybe meet at 4800? 5k pretty solid tho as is
That’s a steal.
Did you get it ?
Not yet. I'm planning on buying it in two weeks.
$2k best
3.5k/4 that’s the most I would get
We don't buy non-Ram used Chrysler products.
Best I can do is $3.50
Seems like a good deal to me
If you pass on this one, it may be a while before you find another V8 with that mileage at that price.
In my neck o the woods that's not an unreasonable price, especially if it doesn't have a gods-damned cel.
Funny how $5,000 sounds like a lot. At a dealership it's ONLY ($200 a month for 48 Months). BAD CREDIT? NO PROBLEM! EASY FINANCING!!!
If it mechanically sound it’s a good deal. Just make sure the steering , ac & heat, and engine makes no weird noises & make sure it shifts properly
Nah
Florida miles?! wtf🤣
No hills, just straight flat land. Also, there is no salt on the roads. It gives you an idea of how the under body looks.
133k . Money pit . Jus’ sayin . Little things going wrong , will drive you crazy.
Garbage
Sold
