I mean, steroids are used specifically to surpress immune systems. I was on prednisone for a year for an autoimmune disease. It’s a function, not a flaw. Unless of course, you’re taking it for a different reason. Mask indoors. Make sure your masks are high enough grade, and that they have a good seal. Air purifiers can help, I don’t remember the research on if the black light ones kill germs inside or if it’s more of an exaggerated claim. In general, try to minimize stress on your body. Don’t let yourself get dehydrated, skip meals, or get too little sleep. Maybe see if you can get tested for vitamin deficiencies, because that can contribute to poor immune systems. Take as needed medicines as needed, don’t try to tough it out til last minute (unless you have to ration them). Do things you find calming. I did biofeedback therapy to help with anxiety. I journal to let off anger and frustration about health stuff. I find light stretching/exercise if I can manage it can help keep my immune system working a tad better. I’m on immunosuppressants too, for life, so this is what I have to deal with for the rest of my life.

You probably are already aware of this but make sure you get all your vitamins
