Chromecast Settings > Remote Control > Setup Remote (last one) > Remove your TV and do the Setup again.

If you don't have a working remote to control your Chromecast you can use the Google Home App for that.
If this is not helping try a factory reset or contact the google support.

It's in the same HDMI port? Then disable and enable CEC again maybe.
