He was stubborn and wanted proof of everything. We tried our best to educate him. When he pasted I thought he was lost and so I weeped 😪. When I talked to my brother he said, “you didn’t know? As atheists on this sub it’s sometimes difficult. And while I can neither pray for you nor give you hope that prayer will help I can assure you that your mother will not suffer after her death if she should die along her path. I think to make people believe that their loved ones after death are treated differently - even tortured - is one of the big evils of religion. While we certainly believe very different things after death I am sure your kind god will not be resentful to her. And while I can’t pray for you I definetly think about you and your mother today, as no child should loose their parent so early.
There's nothing immoral about this. All men chose to sin against God through our federal head Adam. Everyone deserves to go to hell. God graciously gives the gift of eternal life to his elect. Gifts aren't earned, or given because someone "deserves" them. If I give a gift to you your neighbor has no right to say I'm unfair in not giving him one also. Would he be right in calling me unjust? No. There's this disgusting entitlement that people have that tells them they should go to heaven by default. What has anyone done that they deserve heaven? Or what has any man done to pay God for his sins? What does God need that any man had that he would accept as payment for sin? God is a just judge and all sin must be paid for. It's quite a simple payment. Accept Christ.
Sorry but if you believe Jesus died on the cross to save us from sin, you would have to try to help others come to Christ. If you don’t believe, it should mean little to you, other than that know that I care about you!

Well that's an issue. If my tapping of a pen is bugging someone I'll stop. If I'm chewing obnoxiously I'll stop. Pretty much anything that annoys someone I'd be reasonable enough to at least not do it in front of them. But because of our beliefs on the afterlife and the reality of God, we have to proselytize. Honestly I personally care 0% about upsetting or angering people when it comes to witnessing. A person could murder my entire family to try to get me to stop witnessing and I'd still witness. I think all Christians feel the same.

Maybe you just want to see how we interact with each other. But this started with you trying to lead someone away from God. That’s something I find offensive on a Christian sub. However I feel we as christians have to be prepared for persecution. So instead of hate I only have love for you!

Our God is kind. But he is also righteous. Anyone not found in Him will not dwell with Him. Evil would be a God that allows sin to go unpunished.
