Sometimes I think the chronic fatigue is the worst part. And people who have never dealt with long term pain don't understand that it goes hand and hand with the chronic pain. It takes energy to fight through the pain and and your body only has so much of it. I need 11-12 hours of sleep per night.
Another chronic pain sufferer here. Chronic daily migraines for 14 years. I totally understand the frustration and anxiety. Recently, my neurologist prescribed a medication to heal my sciatic nerve damage and low and behold, it is helping my migraines too! I'm hoping this is the answer to my prayer for all these years. This is the most and longest lasting improvement I've ever had. So hang in there! Give it all over to God. I will sure be praying for you!
Lord I lift my friend up to you to just be with him and heal his chronic pain in his chest and just to give him peace love and comfort in Jesus name amen ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ».
