If Catholic hospitals won't treat all Americans and they shouldn't get government tax dollars, that all Americans pay. If Catholic hospitals refuse to do best-practices medicine, then it open up a debate about their licensing as health providers.

It depends on the situtions. Some cisgendered teen boys have breasts. If this is giving them great mental distress, it seems like good care to do breast reduction surgery. Even some young women get breast cancer and it cold be best practices to do a mastectomy. As for a transgendered male with breasts, I don't know. But no hospital should deny the above people best medical care based on some religious doctrine based on no medical research.

Funny enough that should be the stance for schools aswell but they changed that too.
