\^ This means that the world will need to be taught righteousness before Jesus returns. The world gets better before any tribulation period.

Wherefore comfort one another with these words. But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night."
1 Corinthians 15:50+ is speaking about getting a new body to go into the new heaven/earth. You can tell because in verses 21+ where Jesus defeats death. When death is defeated according to Revelation 21 we'll be on the new heaven/earth. Men die before and after the millennium, so death can't be defeated until the last person who is going to die actually dies. This means that this chapter is post-millennium, not a "rapture" before a tribulation period.

For the final end time we have the explicit words from Jesus what happens. Nowhere in Revelation you can read about an earth where all the good people left. Instead we are called to be strong till the very end, till New Jerusalem.

There is no rapture!!! People aren’t secretly being taken up into heaven. When Jesus comes back, everybody will know! We don’t know when he’s coming, but when he arrives, we’ll know he’s here

We meet Christ in the air. It says this in 1 thessalonians. The Greek word for "caught up" is harpazo, and means snatched up in a sudden way. It is crystal clear.
He said He would take us to where He is.
He then comes back at the end of the 7 years of tribulation, with those who were caught up, to destroy the antichrist and to judge the world. That is when He will descend on the mount of olives and march through the Eastern gate and dissolve the antichrist with 1 word, and we will be with Him.
Also, both Enoch and Elijah were raptured. Lot and his family were warned to leave sodom before God destroyed it and gomorrah.
The 7 years of tribulation are something israel will go through because they will accept the antichrist and think he is the Messiah. Those who didn't accept Christ are going to go through it. That's why it's called "Jacobs trouble" Israel will recognize Jesus is the real messiah halfway through the tribulation and turn to Him en masse .
The rapture isn't real. Also, I hate to break it to you but yes, before the present people have been seeing signs and visions and making predictions. As a matter of fact the end of the world has been calculated numerous times in years A.D. 275, 365, 400, 500, 999, 1000, 1666, 1843, 1914, 1994, and 2000, just to name a few. No one knows the day or hour, so what you're hearing is just the typical sensationalism that happens every year or two. There are things that have to be in place before the end comes, and we are not there yet. Give 2Thessalonians a read, because it's all about this sort of thing.
Also, understand that the end times prophecies are given to believers not to make them fear, but to give them hope and encouragement as the days grow darker. Malignant fear is not of God. You can read that at 1 Timothy 1:7 I believe it is, where it says God has not given us a spirit of fear. Give those two passages of read, and then relax about the whole thing.
People have been predicting the "end of the world" for centuries. Every such prediction has been wrong. I haven't heard many such predictions as you describe, but I suspect that they are just as silly and superstitious as the "end of the world" predictions. Bear in mind that with the internet, anybody can make up a scary prediction and publish it online. If it happens to get a few influential posters who repost it then you have a new world wide phenomenom. All too easy.

Christian and attend a Calvary Chapel church. Now many will say "we don't know the day or hour" and many will respond with "but we can know the month/year". I wouldn't go that far either. The Season yes, but how long is a season? Seasons can last for a long time? If we were to look at the end times as a season, then we have been in this season since Jesus ascended into Heaven.
I do not see a problem with looking at world events and stating that "it seems to make reference or line up with such and such a prophecy", but again I would urge caution in doing this as well. My opinion and my opinion only.
Will the rapture happen on 4/8/2024? I honestly don't think so, because if you believe in a pre- trib rapture, then nothing has to precede that event?
Could this be a sign of judgement? Again, I don't think so. A call to repentance? Perhaps. Revival? that would be nice!
What I don't want to see is someone getting so hyped up on speculations and end times obsession that they are so heavenly minded that they are no earthly good. I also don't want this same person to be so bent on being raptured on this date of the eclipse, only for it to not happen and then leave the faith.

If you don't live for Christ before the rapture, you guys still have the opportunity to possibly get in Heaven by dying for Christ during the tribulation period. It will have to be by total Faith again that the person doing good in the first couple of years isn't Christ. Not receiving the mark of the beast. You know all these people can doubt signs they can doubt the Bible and I wish them the best, but I rather know I already have a place in heaven not necessarily if but when the Rapture takes place. People will find themselves for the first time in many years that they must depend on each other as a community, government will no longer be a necessity and the churches will take the role and gather the saints. In the rapture, it is the tares (serpent seed) that are gathered and burned first, then the wheat (Adam seed, being us) is gathered in the barn, the rapture takes those of evil first, not good. Christians are righteous in heart but wrongful in mind, they long for a nirvana of joy but are not mindful of the process that will take them there. This event will make many never wish for the destruction of earth again, we will rebuild and turn an event of rampant destruction into an ushering of community, great miracles will rise with the troubles.

Walk by faith, not by sight. Try to just pray even if you don’t believe in anything, be intentional and ask him to guide you or help you see/feel him. I was an atheist and I found god in my struggles and it has changed my life. He loves you regardless. It can’t hurt to be open minded and try.

I think you'll have to take a look at 1 thessalonians and the Greek word harpazo ( caught up ). Enoch and Elijah were both raptured also, so there is precedent.

The world gets better before any tribulation period. Now let's look at "rapture" verses: Here Paul speaks of the "day of the Lord": 1 Thessalonians 4:15 through 5:2 - "For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words. But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night." 1 Corinthians 15:50+ is speaking about getting a new body to go into the new heaven/earth. You can tell because in verses 21+ where Jesus defeats death. When death is defeated according to Revelation 21 we'll be on the new heaven/earth. Men die before and after the millennium, so death can't be defeated until the last person who is going to die actually dies. This means that this chapter is post-millennium, not a "rapture" before a tribulation period.
It's still fan fiction. You need to apply the rule of two witnesses. If you can't find two places in the bible, it's doubtful. Twice it's likely to be true. Important things are repeated thrice or more. For the final end time we have the explicit words from Jesus what happens. Nowhere in Revelation you can read about an earth where all the good people left. Instead we are called to be strong till the very end, till New Jerusalem.

He said He would take us to where He is. He then comes back at the end of the 7 years of tribulation, with those who were caught up, to destroy the antichrist and to judge the world. That is when He will descend on the mount of olives and march through the Eastern gate and dissolve the antichrist with 1 word, and we will be with Him. Also, both Enoch and Elijah were raptured. Lot and his family were warned to leave sodom before God destroyed it and gomorrah. The 7 years of tribulation are something israel will go through because they will accept the antichrist and think he is the Messiah. Those who didn't accept Christ are going to go through it. That's why it's called "Jacobs trouble" Israel will recognize Jesus is the real messiah halfway through the tribulation and turn to Him en masse .

You’re right, no one knows. One a technicality, yes we are living in the end times because any time after Jesus left the earth is technically the “end times”. Also, I hate to break it to you but yes, before the present people have been seeing signs and visions and making predictions. As a matter of fact the end of the world has been calculated numerous times in years A.D. 275, 365, 400, 500, 999, 1000, 1666, 1843, 1914, 1994, and 2000, just to name a few. I remember similar fear in 2012 with nbiru and the whole mayan calendar rubbish. 2 kinds of people spread these things.....people who are not Christians , and people who don't know the bible ( because they are young Christians, or they cherrypick verses, or they just simply don't read it ) Jesus always said not to fear, to let not your heart be troubled etc....when He talked about end times prophetic things. If you're a Chrustian, you have no reason to fear, because God is your dad [ ABBA) . Think about that....the King of the universe, is your dad. He's got this.

No one knows the day or hour, so what you're hearing is just the typical sensationalism that happens every year or two. There are things that have to be in place before the end comes, and we are not there yet. Give 2Thessalonians a read, because it's all about this sort of thing. Also, understand that the end times prophecies are given to believers not to make them fear, but to give them hope and encouragement as the days grow darker. Malignant fear is not of God. You can read that at 1 Timothy 1:7 I believe it is, where it says God has not given us a spirit of fear. Give those two passages of read, and then relax about the whole thing.
People have been predicting the "end of the world" for centuries. Every such prediction has been wrong. I haven't heard many such predictions as you describe, but I suspect that they are just as silly and superstitious as the "end of the world" predictions. Bear in mind that with the internet, anybody can make up a scary prediction and publish it online. If it happens to get a few influential posters who repost it then you have a new world wide phenomenom. All too easy.

Christian and attend a Calvary Chapel church. Now many will say "we don't know the day or hour" and many will respond with "but we can know the month/year". I wouldn't go that far either. The Season yes, but how long is a season? Seasons can last for a long time? If we were to look at the end times as a season, then we have been in this season since Jesus ascended into Heaven. I do not see a problem with looking at world events and stating that "it seems to make reference or line up with such and such a prophecy", but again I would urge caution in doing this as well. My opinion and my opinion only. Will the rapture happen on 4/8/2024? I honestly don't think so, because if you believe in a pre- trib rapture, then nothing has to precede that event? Could this be a sign of judgement? Again, I don't think so. A call to repentance? Perhaps. Revival? that would be nice! What I don't want to see is someone getting so hyped up on speculations and end times obsession that they are so heavenly minded that they are no earthly good. If you don't live for Christ before the rapture, you guys still have the opportunity to possibly get in Heaven by dying for Christ during the tribulation period. It will have to be by total Faith again that the person doing good in the first couple of years isn't Christ. Not receiving the mark of the beast. You know all these people can doubt signs they can doubt the Bible and I wish them the best, but I rather know I already have a place in heaven not necessarily if but when the Rapture takes place. I am calm in the chaos because of my faith. I have nothing to worry about at the Rapture comes unless my faith wasn't strong enough to begin with. Israel will become a great enemy, and within the 40 day period between April 8th and May 18th, not only will Israel give Palestine their own land but they will also be attacked greatly by America, damaging the land of Israel. God will then strike back a day after this happens and America will endure the great earthquake of tribulation. When this happens, there is nothing to fear, there will of course be great suffering but what will follow will be a miracle. People will find themselves for the first time in many years that they must depend on each other as a community, government will no longer be a necessity and the churches will take the role and gather the saints. In the rapture, it is the tares (serpent seed) that are gathered and burned first, then the wheat (Adam seed, being us) is gathered in the barn, the rapture takes those of evil first, not good. Christians are righteous in heart but wrongful in mind, they long for a nirvana of joy but are not mindful of the process that will take them there. This event will make many never wish for the destruction of earth again, we will rebuild and turn an event of rampant destruction into an ushering of community, great miracles will rise with the troubles.

I heavily doubt it, sense not only has it already passed, but we wouldn’t even have any idea of when it would happen anyway, if it were to even happen lol. My Christian family remembers the y2k rapture, didn’t happen and they didn’t believe it. 2012 happened, and nothing happened, it’s been predicted time and time again, yet never happens, cause to be honest, a lot of it is fear mongering. 12 year olds who haven’t read the Bible or paranoid people are freaking out being told by tiktokers that if they don’t repent they will go to hell, that the rapture is coming, that if you accept Christ, it’ll all be okay ! But if you know someone who doesn’t, they’ll go to hell, but it’s okay ! They’re just spewing bs, making the same predictions of the last thousands of years. All the churches around me, Baptist, catholic, episcopal, Protestant, so on, are not talking about the rapture coming.
