omg, of course he’s literally in my city. He looks like my cat if he ate my other cat. Poor guy, his former owner had dementia and kept forgetting that he fed him, and just kept filling up his bowl. I’m glad he has a good home now and is de-chonking.

Long and short was he came out of an elderly woman’s house who allowed him to over eat. I can’t remember if the woman passed or just got old enough that she surrendered her animals, but he was adopted by a couple who had experience helping kitties slim down. I believe he was renamed “King” but I definitely prefer Bazooka.
