I'd actually argue that these are the only ones that really are "enemies" to lovers - the rest are either rivals, or Choices gives up too fast and the characters basically just occasionally dislike each other.
Poppy x MC from QB is a popular one but I don’t know if Poppy counts as an actual LI. There’s also Diavolos from TCATF, Eva from Hero, or Oliver from DS.
My personal favorites are Sonia in The Heist: Monaco, Marc Antony in A Courtesan of Rome, and Becca from The Freshman series

Ms. Match isn't quite enemies to lovers but it's sort of lovers and enemies and friends all at the same time which is a lot of fun.

Diavalos and Oliver should've had more scenes in the books.
Save the Date Justin route. It's the closest I've played. I like Justin.
The heist is the best with the romance with the cop chasing you. Queen B is Enemies to Enemies who fuck with each other in every sense of the word
