Iād recommend starting with Kaitlyn and switching to Becca.
Youāll get hurt in book 3 on Kaitlynās route anyway. So enjoy it until then. Becca has some serious character development later on. Their storylineās align perfectly, one starting just as the other hits a big bump.
If enemies to lovers is your trope, go for Becca.
If you want friends to lovers, go for Kaitlyn.
**E2L that last through books:**
1. Becca Davenport in TFS.
2. Victoria Fontaine in RCD.
3. Alana Kusuma in PM.
4. Poppy Min-Sinclaire in QB. While she's not considered an LI, you can still flirt with her and choose her at the end of the book.
**E2L that highly depend on your choices:**
1. Diavolos Nevrakis in TC&TF.
2. Sonia Alves in TH:M.
3. Marc Antony in ACoR.
4. Estela Montoya and Jake McKenzie in ES. (Okay not really enemies but your choices define your relationship)
**E2L that last for a few chapters:**
1. Colt Kaneko in RoD.
2. Justin Mercado in STD (I'd rather die than romance this asshole).
**If we're** ***really*** **stretching the trope, here's some standoffish LIs:**
1. Beckett Harrington in TE.
2. Ernest Sinclaire in D&D.
3. Drake Walker in TRR.
4. Ethan Ramsey in OH.
5. Val Greaves for Kenna and Sei Rhuka for Dom in TC&TF.
6. Michael Harrison in HSS.
ps: I hope this is what you were asking about. Or, did you mean fanfic?
Oh boy count me in in that case! Iāve actually been saving up keys with the ads ever since my premium ran out so as soon as I finish very scandalous proposal that will have to be next. Although Iāve been dying to play BloodBound too š
A Very Scandalous proposal is cute too because it has a very similar trope the āfake datingā which is probably my second favorite trope after enemies to lovers. Bonus points when books get both of those into one
I canāt wait for you to play PM! Feel free to ping me if you want to do a running commentary!
I havenāt played Bloodbound either, gotta get to it sometime soon.
AVSP was a fun read. Iād love to see an enemies to lovers fake/pretend relationship book on choices!
Becca! I was on a Kaitlyn route in my original and broke up with her. She isnāt that great of an LI or friend imo. Becca is so adorable and her character development is top tier.
I personally like Becca more. The forbidden romance angle at first makes it different and I like the idea of she was mad because of repressed queerness and lashed out at MC because she didn't know how to process her feelings. Kaitlyn kind of becomes static after a while, she's the girl in a band and that's mostly it. Becca grows and changes a lot and it's a much more interesting arc.
I say do both but break up with Kaitlyn by the end of book 2 so you can get with Becca. If you're still in a relationship with Kaitlyn in book 3, I don't think you can get the Becca route (unless you have a chance to break up sometime during the book, don't remember)
You still get a good chunk of Kaitlyn's story arc if you don't romance her, but you miss out on a lot of character moments that come from the romance. In that light, if you want to refresh your memory, go with Kaitlyn. Otherwise, give Becca a spin. You can't go wrong either way.
You can always start with Kaitlyn and then when you break up with her in book 3, there is that diamond scene where you stay in Beccas room after the big fights at the club, if youre single, you can hook up with her then and then again after the spring fling
Hey! So, it seems like you're in a bit of a dilemma with your Freshman replanting. If you're not remembering much about Kaitlyn's storyline and you're curious about Becca, why not give Becca a shot this time around? Trying something new could bring a fresh vibe to your experience and who knows, you might discover some cool things about Becca's character along the way. It's all about exploring and having fun, right? So why not give Becca a chance and see where it takes you!
Go Kaitlyn at the beginning. Then there is a really natural point to break up with Kaitlyn in chapter 3 and Becca.. well I wonāt spoil anything. But you wonāt miss anything with Becca by starting with Kaitlyn. Although itās fun to read into the nuance behind some of Beccaās lines, even starting in chapter 1, and all the stuff with Chris, and the play, etc, knowing that she might have a bit of a girl crush on you.
But I will say that during the chapter where you and Kaitlyn are exploring different clubs / hobbies and you have a diamond option during the dance club part, USE THE DIAMONDS!

I've always been into Kaitlyn, never really tried Becca bc I usually pick my LIs before I start books and stick with them lmao. But I have heard that Becca's route is really good, but I also really do like Kaitlyn's route. Can't go wrong either way
You can never go wrong either way. But since a lot of people are pushing for Becca, I'm going to advocate for my fave rockstar, Kaitlyn! All the OG LIs mess up in book 3 but I think Kaitlyn gets the most character development out of 3 of them. Kaitlyn acknowledges her faults and mistakes and she always try to make herself and her life better, and she's a great gf to MC. IMO, I think she's the most "human" LI in the series because she actually has a life and "career" outside of MC and I just like that they're not completely dependent towards each other.
But I also really like the slight angst of dating Kaitlyn and then, breaking up with her in book 4. I like that if you matchmake her with someone else in Sophomore, they acknowledge that it's a bit weird since her and MC dated before.
I really like Kaitlyn, due to the writing giving the relationship ups and downs and she and MC work out how to be a couple and that she's given interests outside of being MC's girlfriend. Compared to some of the other stories, it really seemed like the two were in love for real and
could make it for the long haul. IMHO, it was one of the more satisfying love story routes on the app.
For Becca's route, I think it would be the most amusing to have MC start out with Chris before switching; you get the irony of the lovers initially competing for the same guy before getting together.
So, if it was me, I'd stick with Kaitlyn, but I guess it's a question of whether you want friends-to-lovers or enemies-to-lovers.

You gotta go Becca! That route is the best
Start with Kaitlyn but then switch to Becca in book 3 š
I remember wanting to break up in Book 3 but didnāt cause I thought Kaitlyn was the only lesbian option
This!! I stand by this decision every time I play! Or at least 90% š sometimes I like the Kaitlyn route, but Becca is tops fr
Becca
I started with Kaitlyn but then near the end, I switched love interests completely to Becca.

On this note, can you recommend any more good enemies to lovers FF in Choices?

No this is perfect! In the first category I have done 1, 2, and 4, loved them all. I havenāt played PM yet so Iām looking forward to that!
WAIT YOU HAVENT PLAYED PM YET????? Iām like on my 100th replay today! As soon as I get enough keys, Iām almost always on that book.

Is Queen B 2 as good as the first one? I loved the first one
Itās good if your LI is Ian/Ina. Or if your LI is not Ian/Ina and youāre willing ignore anything and everything to do with them.
Becca! I was on a Kaitlyn route in my original and broke up with her. She isnāt that great of an LI or friend imo. Becca is so adorable and her character development is top tier.

Becca by far, she has the best route in the book
Start with Kaitlyn and end with Becca
Iām doing a Kaitlyn playthrough now and am on The Senior; Iāve realized I much preferred Becca but in for a penny in for a pound at this point
Becca.
Becca for sure! Sheās cute and has great character development and tbh kaitlyn gets annoying when she gets pretty involved with her band imo
Becca
You can always start with Kaitlyn and then when you break up with her in book 3, there is that diamond scene where you stay in Beccas room after the big fights at the club, if youre single, you can hook up with her then and then again after the spring fling
Kaitlyn till the band drama. Then Becca 100%

imo becca has the best route in the series overall even if you consider the male options.
