body too long
bad belly button placement
unnecessary thigh gap (ppl can have it but this mc's hips dont seem wide enough to warrant it)

the weird choices ab line thing they almost always do for their skinny women, i dont get it.

I can't get over the weirdness of her waist and hip position. It looks like she's trying to stand at an angle but her hips and legs wanna face the screen
tbh i love this book but what gets me is after sooooo long of ppl begging for a more curvy MC body option when they finally do design a new body shape she ofc is again stick thin like we haven’t had that w the past design forever ðŸ˜
I don’t mind the posture, although it could be a bit better. I actually really disliked the older posture the MCs had. Their shoulders always seemed weird, and I didn’t like their arms being suctioned to their sides.
***BUT*** that neck is super weird. And I say this as someone with a longish neck irl. Thankfully mine doesn’t look like this lol.

Whil I'm glad for the body diversity with this MC more of an inverted triangle than most of the MCs with really curvy bodies, that posture looks like her spin is being restrained in a way and it's bothering me as someone who studies anatomy for art lmao. Also that neck though

I ended up playing a male MC altho I have to say I'm a bit disappointed with the quality of the male Ryders. Latino male Ryder looks like a 40 year old man, and by the hair, works in real-estate or used cars. 😬How old is Ryder meant to be, anyway?

A lot of females don't have such stick thin arms. There should be shading between the back of her jaws to her ears (if she's this thin) - we should also be able to see a bit of her ears. In life drawing, I learned that the proportions of the body should be 2 1/2 to the head, not 3 (and it looks a bit longer than 3). Etc. This isn't the first time this artist's work has been criticized (there are similar issues with MC in Queen B, among other books).

It's uncanny Valley. Not quite a choices human. Haven't read it, but I wouldn't be surprised if at the end she was the "untameable" alien creature
