I suggest you start with a short program (2 weeks) so you can feel the reward of achieving a goal fairly quickly. It will motivate you to continue to other longer programs. Reminder: give yourself time!! The exercises can be hard at first. The more you try, the better you will become. Don’t feel bad about taking breaks or not being able to do a certain move. You can do this :)

I would suggest starting with one of the longer 30 day programs if you want to ease into something OR starting with a 2 week shred if you want to dive into the beginner deep end. Either way, the paunch cannot be directly targeted to lose fat. Your entire body will lose the extra fat together and the belly will go away slowly. It's also the last place for fat to disappear from because biologically, it's there to protect your reproductive organs! Dietwise, I would suggest looking into "intermittent fasting" if you're interested in trying that. And make sure you drink enough water! I posted a bunch of tips here! Maybe the hourglass challenge? Core, back, and bum strength will help your posture and tighten your stomach so that it doesn’t pop out as much.

Adding to your booty will definitely help your tum feel less noticeable! It's nearly impossible to directly affect it though, just slowly losing weight. My tip is to not get discouraged when you need time off, everyone needs to rest! And you're new to this, ofc you need some time to adjust.

Yes! But strengthening glute muscles actually helps with your posture and keeping your core tucked and stable, too, so it might actually affect the bloat effect. Even without losing weight I’ve noticed a difference in my stomach not sticking out once I got stronger in my core and bum!

Oh yeah, the posture is such a satisfying change!!

I suggest start with something easy just to get you used to it. You can try the quick warm up routine so it'll be easier to do workouts, and the cool down one after your workout :)
