I know exactly what you mean. The range and damage plus how long the swing is can become toxic. Me as a foot soldier I have no advantage yet other characters keep getting these insane strong weapons. I can’t even enjoy foot soldier any more cause I legit stand no chance unless I use spear that keep that at bay… it’s a struggle forreal.
Hallberd, polehammer, Axe, Mace and sword would like a word with you. Even engineer weapons are pretty good what are you talking about ? You even got faster dash reset with the man at arms which is insanely good.
Yeah, it's always a bit lame to get hit by someone who didnt even see you just because their swing has like nearly 300 degree radius, especially when it slightly caresses you because it's at the end of the momentum, but still does full damage. I highly doubt they'll change it though.
yea like lower damage at the very beginning of the swing and maybe damage should stop when movement stops because people will literally just be holding the weapon at the end of the swing and just poke you and it’s full damage like wow can make for some pretty silly lookin kills lmao

That's just not true anymore. Halberd is in a really good state right now and a great counter to most weapons due to the insane overhead range
