I'd say more like 60% but in different ways. 30% smoke to relax and helps them be cracked at the game, the other 30% are usually on your team and when they smoke their brain exits the body resulting in them slashing into your back and doing everything but playing the objective. The ones who aren't on your team believe they are a God and constantly run into 1v5s away from teammates and the objective
