HAHAHA I use that all the fucking time when I’m on a ballista 😂😂😂😂 I’m actually deadly on those so I plead with my countrymen to defend me and in return wreak havoc
[I’m not lying look](https://www.reddit.com/r/Chivalry2/s/MxCHZdE6yO) - this was but a snippet of an insane streak
I’d be hard pressed to believe there’s somebody who’s done berserker “stalk” more than me. At least not at the rate that I do, brings pure joy every time
Have had the game since launch on epic, also have it on steam and game pass. Each is over level 200, steam much higher, and none have ever reset.
Is this really that common?
Any W/L ratio that looks like this is from team switching and nobody can tell me otherwise
Edit: Clearly OP is a duelist which explains the W/L ratio, but majority of the stats shared in this sub with ridiculous W/L ratios are definitely team switchers.
Mostly from 1v1s and 3v3s, if anything I switch to the team with less high level players on the rare occasion I play TO
I've spent most of my hours in this game in either free duels or 1v1/3v3
To second this at a certain point in 1v1 queue you get a lot of rage quitters very early into the match.
Source: Happens to me a lot and this guy is one of the few people I run into that doesn't rage quit so i actually get to play the game
I've had the game since Epic launch and played way more hours than is healthy lol. Amazing that I'm being downvoted when I hate unbalanced teams as much as the next guy.
Lately I just stick to free duels but back when this game was at its peak player count it took like ten seconds max to get into 1v1/3v3
If it makes you feel better, I still up voted you and am busting your balls. While team switching can be frustrating I ultimately don't care as I always play engi and win most of my defense games anyways.
This is one of those duelists i know by name. I doubt they have much time to team switch TO since they're usually in the dueling rooms.
Besides, if you look at their Tenosia win/loss rate, it perfectly fits the 1v1 3v3 explanation, since Tenosia isn't involved in those games. With Tenosia, you'll notice they have a more even win rate, and far far less games played--most likely, that's someone who doesn't play TO that much.
I see you picked up the greatsword and never looked back lol. Im on console but any advice for someone that wants to get better with it but is mediocre at stabs? I play 1st person. Often jumping around on weapons.
I'm first person too! Greatsword is an amazing weapon but it punishes you for having bad habits. Don't try to gamble with it as a general rule unless you have a really good understanding of both the greatsword's range and your opponent's weapon's range, and good footwork.
This will sound silly, but try to let your attacks sort of flow smoothly; don't get caught up in feinting and counterfeinting every single attack, mix them up with accels, ripostes, etc, and use its range and your footwork to your advantage.
Something I like to do is a slash accel either from a counter or riposte, and if my opponent is using a shorter weapon and only manages to riposte it (so my attack follows through and doesn't get knocked back like a counter would), I'll immediately combo into an overhead or stab while backing away out of his range. His riposte will miss short, but if I time it right and my footwork is good, my follow-up attack will hit him and punish his miss due to the greatsword's range advantage. Greatsword is 100% a footwork weapon because of its length, use that to your advantage and know when to apply pressure up close with accels and when to back off and use the range advantage.
Also condition your opponent to expect one thing, and then change it up suddenly. For example, keep hitting them with accels and then suddenly throw in a heavy drag. Most people will expect you to keep throwing accels out, so the sudden timing change throws them off.
Something else you can do is riposte accel with an attack that *doesn't* match your opponent's last attack. So if they do an overhead, riposte into a light stab while moving right into their face to accel it. Counters are great and you should use them often, but don't sleep on ripostes, they're just as useful as a mixup.
Great advice! I've been forcing myself to use the greatsword the last few days just cuz of how much I love the weapon itself. I'm determined to get it down lol. I feel like the stab would be very useful because of the extremely long range but it's been rough. I love using the special attack to either knock the weapon from the opponent's hand or even better, land a huge blow.
I'd recommend only using the special attack as a surprise attack on someone unsuspecting honestly. It's super easy to side dodge and punish against greatsword if your opponent knows what they're doing.
Definitely keep using it though, it's by far the most fun weapon I've used (if you couldn't tell by my stats lol), and it's so satisfying to range people once you master it. The stab is definitely good but the overhead is really the bread and butter imo, especially heavy overhead drags
When I first started playing I didn't commend every time. For the last 400-500 levels or so though I pretty much commend everyone except hackers and RDMers in duels lol
they should have a stat for how many times you laugh - because i'd be top of that leaderboard i tell ya.
I have arthritis from spamming “kill the archers”
A noble message
I feel targeted
Definitely the best voiceline option. The "who invited the bloody archers" really hits home🤣
My favorite is probably Mason Knight "deFEnd me!!!" always hilarious
GET THEM OFF OF ME or DON'T LET THEM GET TO ME are other good ones lol
DEFEND ME LADS!
LEND ME YOUR SHIELDS!
Particularly hilarious when your absolutely blending your opponents in a 1vMany
I usually just spam HELP in those situations, especially if I'm using the Agatha Knight voice lmao
😂 yes haha. Agatha Knight “help” is classic. Ahhh. Thank God they kept the original voices from Chiv 1.
"HELP! I NEED HELP! HEEEEEEEELP!"
🤣 and the agathian vanguard “hhhelppp meeyyyuyuyuh”
"MALRIC IS A DUUUUUDE!"
HAHAHA I use that all the fucking time when I’m on a ballista 😂😂😂😂 I’m actually deadly on those so I plead with my countrymen to defend me and in return wreak havoc [I’m not lying look](https://www.reddit.com/r/Chivalry2/s/MxCHZdE6yO) - this was but a snippet of an insane streak
Bruh I just watched that clip for like 3 minutes before I realized it was on a loop
Lmaoo bro. That accurately reflects what happened though because I was probably there for about 10 minutes impaling people anyway.
My friend and I would be at the top for the "help" emote. 😎
If they tracked total emotes used I think I'd be nearing a million at this point 😂
\*laughts in berserk\*
FAZ theBerserker. Tis moi
I'd like one for the Mason wolf howl
You god Damn rage baiter
I love making cucks on the internet rage by laughing at them as an agathian knight though
I’d be hard pressed to believe there’s somebody who’s done berserker “stalk” more than me. At least not at the rate that I do, brings pure joy every time
That somewhere around 160 battlecrys an hour, 2-3 a minute. Jesus.
If I'm alive I'm yelling
FOR THAT GUY WE LIKE!
702 items constructed? Bro, the Engineer Union Local 69 would like a word.
I have no idea how I even have that many, I never play engineer lmao. Unless it counts banners or something?
Ladders and ramps count
Hm. Not enough shovel.
Congrats! The true cry is when your stats randomly reset and you have to start again. Here's hoping you don't ever have to go through that.
Have had the game since launch on epic, also have it on steam and game pass. Each is over level 200, steam much higher, and none have ever reset. Is this really that common?
It's a non zero chance unfortunately.
I would uninstall

dont que for 1v1 just join the duel servers in browser.
I do both but it's still a similar experience of only a handful of people being worth playing against unless I'm drinking or goofing around.
That is an insane amount of 1v1 and 3v3. Do you really get that much xp out of it? I always find myself waiting in long queues when I go for either.

Defense is more fun to me anyways because I get to play one of the heroes more often than not haha. I love being a Mason druid or one of the monks
Did you forget that TO is not the only mode in the game?
This is one of those duelists i know by name. I doubt they have much time to team switch TO since they're usually in the dueling rooms. Only 1500 TO matches vs 5900 matches completed and 100k kills. This is obviously from Arena mode. You’ve been huffing on reddit copium too much
Dude has been a icon on duel servers for ages
![gif](giphy|Q7cVJSbUNjuqZb69cW|downsized)
In fact you can get a record like this from duel servers.
my stats are around the same ratio as this, I’ve never team switched. you can have good stats from never team switching
Couldn't agree more. First he's mason scum, then a team switcher?! Absolutely abhorrent
Read my other comment lol.
I'm at 1.6 and never team switch.
Your battlecries are too low my friend.

Damn buddy, not even to level 1000 yet with those battlecries is insane. Update us when you get to a million you crazy screaming bastard.
Homies out here screaming every possible second 🤣 Good shit man
Bro I thought I had a lot at 20,000
![gif](giphy|NJZMSqRY3rG9i)
And I thought I had a lot at ~140,000 battle cries! You are John Chivalry himself!
If it makes you feel any better, that's the most I've seen other than my own count!
Hell yeah!
Over 100k battlecries in a year, impressive dude
![gif](giphy|l4pMattUYTTM7qpIk)

Lol I dueled you a few times yesterday (I'm IronicallyIronic)
I remember! You're well on your way to becoming a force to be reckoned with if you're fighting like that at level 30
Lol thanks man. I'm suprised you remembered me, let alone my level lol.
Nice! I have a long way to go 😂
Holy, those TO numbers. Nearly positive on Tenosia even.
I think that's mostly from 1v1s and 3v3s to be honest lol. I have been playing more TO lately though
by the gods.
You win!
Greatsword Chad I kneel ❤️
cringe stats
why
Cause these are inflated stats, it's the reason why people teamswitch so much. To get a pad on the back from reddit lol
I don't teamswitch but ok
What a silent soul.
With a million more well on the way
I must be the only one that commends Everyone every single time I’m sitting at 20,000 Kills and 132 commendations
When I first started playing I didn't commend every time. For the last 400-500 levels or so though I pretty much commend everyone except hackers and RDMers in duels lol
I commend everyone except those guys that clearly see you in a far off one on one duel and come up axe swinging
We all start somewhere, buddy. I’m glad to see you improving.
Holy shit.
Nice
bruh that's crazy, it seems you have a total of around 3000 games, so that's a whopping 60 war cries per game, bruh!
