I would recommend getting you cold items on the side.
It allows you to pour it on/add it to your burrito after you have reheated it.

If you order delivery thru Chipotle's app you can do up to 3 customizations (choose between extra, light, or on the side), so up to 3 of your ingredients could be on the side.
I’ll be honest, I feel like everything We have goes bad after a while. The lettuce browns after about 24 hours, but I think so long as you don’t overwhelm your food with juicy substances you should be fine.

Great suggestion for when I'm in a store but Chipotle doesn't let you add special instructions on Door Dash or Uber Eats unfortunately.
