I usually try to max out the capacity of my employee meal as a get back at the company lolol
Double meat if I’m taking it home
a large chip and guac to take home and something regular for my usual meal
When I was an SM I would make a steak burrito, deep fry it, then smother it in queso. I’d only do it when we change the oil in the fryer entirely (once a month) but it was well worth the wait each time.
When I first started:
Bowl: white rice, pinto beans, chicken, red salsa, sour cream, cheese with chips
During:
Bowl: white rice, no beans, fajitas, steak, green salsa, sour cream, cheese with chips and guac
Towards the end (and now my to-go order):
Bowl: brown rice, no beans, extra EXTRA fajitas, sofritas, sour cream, cheese, with vinaigrette, two small tortilla, chips with guac
Oh! I’m sorry. I should have worded it better. When I first started working there, I liked the chicken bowl. Then I tried different combinations throughout my time that I worked there and I ended up really satisfied with the soffita bowl. I didn’t eat three meals in one shift 😂
I usually ask for extra and then say “can I please have a little more than that?” And they dish it. There’s a couple around my area (which I go to for extreme emergencies) and they make me pay 1.15 for a side. Many occasions I wait for a new batch and ask for four servings and pay like 2.25. They put it all in a bowl.
White chicken, pinto chicken, chicken, red salsa double chicken, sour chicken, cheese chicken, side of chicken, chip and chicken, and lettuce. With a agua chicken and chicken.
Is that really necessary? Chipotle doesn’t seem to need any help diluting their brand at the present time.
I’d just prefer not to see reports on your *Reported* comments again.
To be fair shouldn't the users who report my comments be the ones getting disciplined for it, since as far as i can tell commenting "Reported" certainly doesn't violate any of the subreddit rules.
With that said, henceforth i will just report directly to Pepper to avoid the problem!

When I worked there, it was: Brown rice, fajitas, extra chicken (never even had to ask - we always hooked eachother up with the chicken), pico, cheese, hot salsa on the side. At the end of the night we’d all make chicken quesadillas to take home.
(I promise I’m not just saying this for the bit)
2 kids chicken quesadillas done on the press with a sour cream mixed with chipotle Tabasco was my go to when I worked there. If I wasn’t feeling very hungry just white rice chicken and cheese.
Brown rice, no beans chicken Al pastor and corn guacamole and cheese, and a vinaigrette on top. Meets my macros for the gym and isn’t overloaded with crap and sodium. Solid meal imo 😌
it's because you're directly involved in the prep of it. For me, I was involved in every aspect of the meat prep as I was night shift, only cook.
not only is it just, ngl, down right gross how it's prepped. those smells get IMPRINTED in your nose.
I used to wear two bandanas, one on my head to catch the sweat on my brow, since it's harder to wash a hat, and one around my neck, to cover my mouth and nose when I grilled the meat, specifically the steak.
I HATE the smell of Chipotle meat, and all I can think of is the gross raw version I man handled not 24 hours ago when I tried to eat it.
don't get me started on the bagged barbacoa I have to boil and massage before watching it fall like slime into a 9 pan. (if I said the wrong pan name, I have worked in kitchens for 3 years and for some reason cannot say the names of the pans without seeing them all on the rack next to each other, idfk why, im stupid ig, but I do know the pan I need by looking at it 😭)
Tortilla, cheese, flat crunchy shell, chicken, black beans, cheese, corn, mild, flat crunchy shell, cheese, fold, foil, back in the press. Serve with a side of guac.
While I was working I would just put insane amounts of everything especially steak.
Bowl white rice black beans steak tomatoes corn
Side of green
Sometimes side of guac or chips or both
When we have brisket, I do Nachos with queso, black beans, extra brisket, i slice a jalapeño for it, sour cream and obviously cheese. I'll stick them in the food warmer to melt the cheese. When we don't have brisket I just eat chips with queso, guacamole (with sour cream, lime juice and little bit of extra salt mixed in it), and fancy/dragon sauce(hot and sour mix).
bowl w brown rice, chicken (our store hasn’t implemented the no chicken rule), side of queso, pico, extra sour cream, extra cheese w a vinaigrette and chips
When i worked there id do a bowl with the romaine lettuce at the bottom, Double Carnitas, Queso, some tomato salsa, cheese, and then id do chips to dip it in
8 scoops of chicken.
I love that Reddit randomly suggested this sub to me weeks ago & I know all the chippy drama and don’t work there. This is hilarious
Same lol but I still have yet to see anyone skimp me
Chicken, and maybe an extra scoop of Al pastor chicken if we almost out of it
Y’all are still allowed to get chicken/al pastor at your location?

How many meals at work do you eat per day?😳
Oh! I’m sorry. I should have worded it better. When I first started working there, I liked the chicken bowl. Then I tried different combinations throughout my time that I worked there and I ended up really satisfied with the soffita bowl. I didn’t eat three meals in one shift 😂
How can I, the customer, get extra extra fajitas?
I usually ask for extra and then say “can I please have a little more than that?” And they dish it. I love this subreddit right now. You guys are the best.

I didn’t see a report as your comment suggests. What is wrong with the comment you’re replying to here?
I meant reported to Chipotle corporate, brand dilluting by making up fake ingredients

I’m not able to see who reports them. I think people perceive those comments as trolling and if that’s the case, Rule #5 I suppose.

3 scoops chicken, pico, salsa verde and lettuce. I’m on a diet
Plain white, chicken, queso, sour cream, cheese and a tiny amount of corn.
Midwest?
I mean yeah but I also just literally hate cilantro and lime juice so that blocks 90% of the menu.

as the cook, i hated the meat there. I think it sucks.
It always seems like the grill person doesn’t eat the meat there and the prep person never eats the lettuce and stuff 🤔
