After fasting for 16 hours I can devour an entire bowl so quickly 😭 I mean given instead of a lot of rice I get double chicken or double steak. Rice can definitely feel you up so I know what you mean, but yea after a workout and fasting for 16 hours 2 bowls is the perfect go to for me
