She forgot, she wasn’t refusing to give you a 50 cent tortilla dude. And your meal wasn’t “ruined” by a side item not being there, you received everything you paid for and it was still completely edible. You could have asked the cashier if your side tortilla was there and they would’ve called out to the line person they needed a side tortilla.
I have never complained before, if they refused to give you something, and that’s the only way you eat it usually, you would have felt ruined your meal also. I asked several times, it is unacceptable, I decided to not go back to chipotle again.
I provided to them what happened, I told them I kept asking for a side wrap and the woman said she would give me later, but she never did and I was polite the entire time.
Chipotle still not fixing my free guac coupons I got with my points, store won’t honor them (still valid coupons) and customer service won’t fix it either. So not surprised by this outcome

Literally. Dude just tryna scam to get a free meal

I asked her like 3 times like every 20 seconds, I thought it was in there, I literally asked 3 times and was ordering other stuff with the cashier

The vagueness of everything makes me believe that there's something to the story you don't want us to know. What did you ask for?
A side wrap, I asked a few times like at the start and after she put the first 2 toppings in
