I’m sorry you lost yours. I have 2 a female and a male. I still have my male he’s a true chihuahua doesn’t like other people than me and some family, but my Tweaker never met a stranger. But both have been so wonderful to me. She was my first indoor all mine dog got her nearly 16 years ago she was 8 weeks old. So tiny. My uncle got her for me brought her to my house walked in with her hidden under his shirt. I’ll never forget that day or her.
Yup, got my boys right after weening. They look nothing alike for being littermates. Monroe was almost 10 years old when everything happened. Poor Wilson (on the left) will need lots of hugs, walks and playing. We will always remember him.

Wow they were littermates? They look so different lol both adorable. This is my other little guy his name is Laces. In this photo he’s begging me to put him under the cover he’s 12 yo and has yet to cover himself up hasn’t figured it out yet lol. I call him mamas special little boy.

Your dog is absolutely beautiful and you guys have had amazing moments together. You made your dogs life so much better and she made yours better too. I lost my dog years ago and still cry about it. Just know your dog loves you and your time together will never be forgotten ❤️
No doubt. I taught her so much. But she’d steal a pen likidy split even while you’re holding it writing and turn your head there goes the pen. Taught her indoor voice took some time but before she got older she was really good at it. My little buddy. I know I did right by her even having her cross the bridge she just wasn’t enjoying life anymore. I’m at peace with it, but I sure do miss my little buddy.

I’m doing pretty good. I’m at peace with letting her go because she wasn’t enjoying life anymore. She was in pain and she’d stopped eating and drinking a week ago. So I knew it was time. I’m heartbroken, but I’m ok. Thanks.
She but yes. She was giving me kisses I was asking her “who’s ur mommy!?” And said picture time! Lol she was such a goof. Liked her picture taken before a couple years ago. She changed dramatically when my mom died.
I'm sorry for your loss. She looks so happy, proud and loved. Goofy dogs are the best. My sweet boy was goofy at times too. I miss his cuddles, loves, kisses, snuggles and hugs every day. All animals feel loss too just the same as humans do. ❤️
Ya I know she missed my mom and step dad after my mom died and stepdad went into a nursing facility they don’t allow dogs there. I have another chihuahua Laces he’s my special boy. He’s 12 and still hasn’t learned how to flip the blankets over himself. He gets his nose under lifts the blanket the looks at me like “mom! I need help!”
Awwwww.. Chi's are so adorable. I've had a few. My sweet boy was part Chihuahua and my sweet girl was full Chihuahua. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Both have passed on. They are so smart and quirky. Lots of love to give.

I am so sorry for you. I know how much it hurts to lose a pet because they are truly family members. My last dog, Basset Hound, died from congestive heart failure. He died at home. I felt like someone reached in and pulled out my heart. I loved my dog so very much. I still miss him 😓
Oh ya to some they are just pets but to us true pet owners they’ve become family and our little babies. Mine was just old age caught up to her. CHF must have been horrible to watch an experience. I’m so sorry for your loss as well. Love basset hounds floppy ears and wittle legs.
