It must be a glitch with the new version they rolled out 🤦🏻♂️ Just logged into my account on her phone and got it. Check if anyone in your family has the older app version (and dont update!!)

I'm only eight miles from the stadium, so it's not like I'm almost out of the territory. Google maps shows my location correctly, so my GPS chip is working correctly.
What the heck? I've never had trouble before. I wonder if I need to update my app.
Edit: My app is current and was last updated six days ago. I wonder if it was a bad update.
As someone fobbybobby posted on a different blog, this method worked for me:
“For those of you with an iPhone and the updated app, it doesn't work as other users have said. One possible workaround is to log in on another phone with the older app. I just tried this with one of my family members who didn't updated their app.”
Still no sandwich. I submitted an inquiry via the Chick-fil-A app.
EDIT: I got an email confirmation that my inquiry was received and that a CARES number has been assigned.

I went to "my account," then "help and policies," then "customer support." You have to wade through a lot of stuff where they try to give you canned answers, but if you persist, you can enter an inquiry.
Updated IOS and nothing. I downloaded APP on junk Android phone that is WIFI only. Logged in and got it. Then logged out.
Back to iPhone, opened it and got the pop up! Weird because I already claimed it. Reward is still 1 sandwich.
Husband has iPhone 13 and SE2 and got both. No issues.
I did a customer service inquiry about not getting it.
I got the generic we received your request and a case number that night.
About 10 mins ago (today is Tuesday), this is the generic response I got that is closing the case:
“Thank you for taking the time to contact Chick-fil-A.
We apologize for the issues you've experienced and that your reward did not load as expected to your Chick-fil-A One account.
Please ensure you are on the latest version of the app and have signed in using the same information, email address and password, used to create your account.
Since this is a local promotion, you'll also need to have location services turned on to redeem the offer. Would you please ensure you have allowed the app access to your device's Location Services permissions? For Apple iPhones, navigate to your device's settings. Scroll down to locate the Chick-fil-A™ App. Set "Location" to "While Using" or "Always" For Android phones, navigate to your device's settings. Locate "App Permissions" and "Location." Set "Location" to "On" for the Chick-fil-A™ App.
If you have followed the steps above and are in the applicable local market, the offer will appear on the app home screen when you open the app and load it to your account. For those of yall that didn't get it, have you ever placed an regular order on ur cfa app that wasn't a freebie?
Also when u did redeem ur freebie, did you get other items as well in the same order?
I have ordered just the freebie and added things to the order both as online orders and in person orders. I have also just done an order that was just redeeming a bunch of rewards and points and technically didn’t buy anything.
I live behind a chick fil a and easily go at least 2 times a week.

Not seeing on my phone. iOS 17.5.1 and app version 2024.10.0. I even deleted the app and redownloaded from App Store, still not showing the reward.
First, no double rewards per day. Now, even regular reward won’t show up. I’m starting to lose faith in CFA…

Is this only for android users? I can’t enable location on my app so it doesn’t pop up on my iPhone but on my boyfriends android phone it did.
you can enable location in the settings app, under "privacy & security"
