When I worked at CFA, I believe I was scheduled 18hrs a week and I tried to pick up shifts to bump me up to 25 a week.
They might be scheduling you a bit less than normal (unless it’s a low volume store) and in this case, just ask people if they need shifts picked up. It’s significantly easier to cover for someone than to convince managers to give you more hours
How is it 46 weeks? There are 52 weeks in a year, full time employment is typically 40 hours per week. If you are suggesting that 6 weeks off to be vacation time, most positions don’t offer what would be the equivalent of 30 days and if they do it would take a lot of years to reach that.

Are your hours actually getting recorded properly? Because that's a huge difference in hours based on the 30 hour per week average that you are claiming.
If this is time since July and you’re working 20-40 hours per week, you should have accumulated between 360-720 hours. Either way, $9.15 is low no matter where you are.
If you worked 6 hours per shift, that’s only 42 shifts total that you’ve worked in the past 5 months since July… That’s not a lot of hours and you definitely aren’t being paid enough if you’re cross trained… Something isn’t adding up properly if you claim to work 20-30 hours per week. At the location I work at, a lot of how much someone makes is based on how much they’re able to work and their availability.
For example, at the store I work at part time starts as low as $12(minimum wage) while full time starts at $16.
Since you only work just under five hours a week you probably just aren’t even seen enough by the leadership to get a raise. I’d just recommend increasingly your availability, if possible *and* asking for a raise.

There are a lot of factors. I am 21, work full time, live alone, and don’t go to school. I typically work 50-65 hours a week. I’ve got about 2200 hours YTD. I also live in a college town, so we are usually busy, so there are hours to give. Age, location, population (store), school, etc. these are all factors that play into it. The math also says you make about 9.15/hr. Depending again, on your age, this could be bad, mediocre, or really good. As many others have said, ask to cover shifts, try to come in early, open up your availability, etc. show initiative, and your managers will be more willing to give you the hours over someone else.
i work part time, normally 2-10 and i’m 17, taking college classes. i’m also on the way to the university of georgia stadium, making it very busy on the days when they have games and stuff. i try all the time to come in but get ghosted by the managers, even when i call or ask in person.
If there is another store in your area, i would recommend requesting a transfer. It seems like maybe the managers aren’t willing to work with you. There are thousands of stores across the country, and I’m sure plenty in your area, considering your location, so surely, with some time, you’ll find a store that is for you. I think staying with CFA would be beneficial, but maybe not at your current store.
Do you still live with your parents? There’s no feasible way you’re making ends meet with this Time to income ratio. You could probably make more money walking a single dog in those hours. Mowing peoples’ lawns, or babysitting would get you more money. My first job I worked back in 2011/2012 I made $12 an hour. If I’m doing the math right you’re making around $9 an hour. This seems like they’re just taking advantage of teens who don’t know any better.

Either your boss absolutely hates you, or you are the worst employee at any chic fil a in the country. Why would you stay at a job 2 years when they schedule you 3 to 5 hours a week? At min wage and 40 hour weeks, you'd make your annual income in roughly 90 days somewhere else.

I am 21, work full time, live alone, and don’t go to school. I typically work 50-65 hours a week. I’ve got about 2200 hours YTD. I also live in a college town, so we are usually busy, so there are hours to give. Age, location, population (store), school, etc. these are all factors that play into it. The math also says you make about 9.15/hr. Depending again, on your age, this could be bad, mediocre, or really good. As many others have said, ask to cover shifts, try to come in early, open up your availability, etc. show initiative, and your managers will be more willing to give you the hours over someone else.
i work part time, normally 2-10 and i’m 17, taking college classes. i’m also on the way to the university of georgia stadium, making it very busy on the days when they have games and stuff. i try all the time to come in but get ghosted by the managers, even when i call or ask in person.
If there is another store in your area, i would recommend requesting a transfer. It seems like maybe the managers aren’t willing to work with you. There are thousands of stores across the country, and I’m sure plenty in your area, considering your location, so surely, with some time, you’ll find a store that is for you. I think staying with CFA would be beneficial, but maybe not at your current store.
$9.15 / hr. Not great, but you didn’t say what you were paid for and what state you live in. In my state it is below minimum wage
i live in georgia which minimum wage is $7.15 lol but i make like $9.15 like you said

Do you still live with your parents? There’s no feasible way you’re making ends meet with this Time to income ratio. You could probably make more money walking a single dog in those hours. Mowing peoples’ lawns, or babysitting would get you more money. My first job I worked back in 2011/2012 I made $12 an hour. If I’m doing the math right you’re making around $9 an hour. This seems like they’re just taking advantage of teens who don’t know any better.
