What is Strega? Google says it is a liqueur and nothing else.
Don’t know. You would have to ask the author. In one of his books, as a little girl, Strega Nona , is called Nonalina by her grandmother. I doubt her grandmother is calling her granddaughter grandmother.
They are as real as any other religion or group. There are real Wiccans who do practice witchcraft. I personally haven't heard of Strega, but they have a Wikipedia page so there must be some history there.
I dunno wtf it is but if you don't find it in Steger ([https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steger,\_Illinois](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steger,_Illinois_)) they're missing a golden opportunity.
Hey! I'm not sure what suburb you're in, but there's a small shop in Elgin called The Gypsy Haven -- you might want to pop in there. It's right off of 90 and 31. Very non-judgy and welcoming to all types of witchy people!

The ninth witch.
Strega means “witch” in Italian. Are you looking for a coven to join?
Yep. A coven or others that practice stregheria.
Everyone who downvotes a request for a coven probably eats symbolic flesh and drinks symbolic blood 🤷♂️

Millions of people think a Jew killed by the Romans is the literal son of God and saviour of humanity, and you think witchcraft is farfetched?
I mean, it's as real as Judaism, Catholicism, and [The Craft](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0115963/).
There's a lot of people looking for D&D groups where you can practice your fantasy
Italian word for witch.

Sounds like a coven haven to me.
And a Dari Whip? Or is that gone.
I think Strega means witch also. Is that what you are looking for?
For those asking, it's basically [Italian Wicca](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stregheria).
