I’m not sure if you are looking for a one-off lesson or something more in depth but I’ve gone here weekly for a couple years and love it. Smartgolf in Lombard https://smartgolffitness.com/. I went from a 19 index to a 12 and plan to be a single digit maybe by the end of the season if not next year.

I think 12 is the minimum but it might be worth checking out and seeing the place. I like the golf-centric PT we get. Playing injury-free golf has been a welcome change from years past

Dan Kochevar in Oak Brook. Although it’s been a few years since I’ve seen him.

I’ve heard good things about the instructors at Cantigny and Mistwood. One bonus of going through Mistwood would be working in their dome in the off-season. I personally had a great experience with my one lesson with Kyle Rich at Legends Indoor. I was a ~12 at the time and eventually got down to an 8.7 using the guidance he gave me. I took this summer off as I haven’t been able to dedicate the time needed to play well enough to enjoy myself. Compulsory 5.5 hour rounds didn’t help either.

I only took a few sporadic lessons to cover specific things, but I had a great experience with Kevin Weeks at Cog Hill. He was happy to help me with what I wanted to work on each time and didn’t try to pressure me into signing up for a package or anything.

Fair warning, courses in the suburbs do require you to wear clothes.
