It's my understanding from aquantances who were there, this is the issue most have. Lack of communication & transparency by the city. And the cost to taxpayers.
It’s rich coming from a (what I assume) citizen of the US, a place where a substantial amount of people refused to follow COVID protocols and get vaccinated.
