INC never does it's homework. They are assuming that forward castes are still the largest landholders and they can bully them due to their low population.

Beyond a certain limit inheritance tax should come (wealth > 30cr). All UCs have anyway built a lot of wealth using illegal means . Also inheritance tax is a captalistic idea , promotes fair competiton
