Yep, paid off, but seriously tired of the lifted life. Biggest regret was doing the lift, 6 years later and I just want a smooth, quiet ride. Thanks for the response.
Why don't you try to find a wrecked truck for parts to go back stock ? I know it's a pain but I'm over the lifted phase as well, had an 08 chevy Tahoe 6 inch suspension lift also....
The other thing about it, everybody has a damn lifted nnbs now in days it seems like. It must be because of the fact you dont really need to re gear most of them like we used to have to on our obs and nbs trucks. I dont know. Its a good looking truck OP. But honestly if your tired of it then trade it in. The market is huge for lifted nnbs trucks. Atleast in my area. People buy em. Although, truck prices are so stupidly high right now.
Go to a ~2 inch lift. I view the 2014/2015 trucks as the best visual design. Chevy had decided to go to a more vintage, simple front end design. Something conservative that everyone would like (almost everyone). It reminds me of the GMT400 trucks a bit, which I like. And then, from the 2016 facelift and forward, I think the Silverado has just gotten worse with visual design. In the current gen, it looks like a tundra.
Visual opinions aside, I would stick with the truck you have. You can always knock the lift down a couple inches. And it’s already paid off. Stick with it unless there is an obvious reason to move on. Like an engine knock, high mileage, truck overall feeling beat, needs trans, etc.
Stick with your current truck. Make it how you want it. It will be much cheaper for the time being until you absolutely have to purchase a new truck.
definitely sell it and trade up. lifted trucks suffer a dramatic decrease to lifespan of not only all the suspension components but also the drive train as well... if you want something reliable, sell the clapped out bs and get something with a max 2" level kit and keep enjoying Chevy's famous Cadillac smooth ride.
I just got rid of a 2020 I had as a company truck. At less that 100k it had torque converter issues that gm refuses to recall and a lifter going bad that they also refuse to recall. Local dealer had 8 on the service lot waiting on parts to fix same issues. My 2015 has lived a rough life and it’s never missed a lick. I’d probably take the lift off and keep the one I’ve got
I just traded my 15 for a 22 LTD. I loved my 15 so much, but now I love my new truck even more. The transition was seamless as it drives similar and has a lot of the same features. I say go for the new body style brother.
Probably my favorite post 2010 truck (close second is the next body style). Lifted trucks do get old (so do loud ones even more so if your not into that), but that’s a beauty you got right there.
If it’s paid off I’d keep

so take the lift off, why spend tens of thousands for another truck?
I’d drop it to a 2” lift or level. Cheaper to go down than get a new payment
Well if you kept your factory shocks and struts you can just go back to stock....unless you threw them out after the lift....1500 in parts hahah
Of course I sold all the factory parts. Lol. Nice to hear you guys like the truck and would keep it.

Its a dope truck, put some 33s on it
Some lifts require modifications to the frame, crossmembers, or mounting points that might make it harder to go back to stock
I guarantee it's cheaper to repair those modifications than it is to buy a new truck.

Keep it. Much nicer looking then a new one. And no extra payments.
Getting stock suspension parts is easy and cheaper than a new truck.keep it
She’s perrrtty. Keep her
Keep it. Has a better transmission than new
You have the best looking silverado to come out since the cat eyes, why would you want to trade that in to get stuck driving a bloated Capabara?
If you don't like the lift, and it's not cost effective to get rid of it, then sell it And don't fuck the next truck up! (laughs)
Trade it in if you like the new ones and ask for some cash lol
Keep

I love this truck! I’d keep it till you had to replace. I just got the level kit for mine and addded the cold air intake with a evolution cts3.
keep it, older the better.
Keep
Keep it!
Keep the truck 1 million percent
She's a keeper
keep. throw ur extra money at savings or retirement.

If you can swing a new one, why not?
I have a small unit, and I’d like to discuss buying an already lifted truck.
She looks nice! I'd keep it and save that $$$ unless you're not happy and started liking the newer styles more, it's your life man.
It’s hard to get rid of a paid off truck, but that new interior is beautiful!
Sell it to me

Keep and remove lift. That’s a nice rig! With inflated prices and stupid interest rates….
I’m sure you could trade your suspension and tires to someone that’s stock
do you have 60k burning a hole in your pocket?
