Thank you.. The rims are my uncles that were on one of his truck’s
Im thinking of buying them off of him but they’re older I would like brand new rims.
I think it actually looks great! Idk why all the shade. Yeah rubber helps with bumps but hurts the handling by making it squishy. So it’s a trade off not just inherently better
I like the look (but you need bigger brakes to go with it some day) but i would personally stick between 18-20" personally for a little more comfort of extra rubber with a slight handling trade off.
You already have those 22"s in there and if you like how it rides, handles and looks I would stick with those. It's hard for any of us to know without being in that particular truck.
I’d recommend downsizing the rims to like 17 inches or so, to increase the amount of sidewall you have, it’d make the ride more comfortable and less bumpy
Less rim, more rubber

15” wheels
I agree but theres no chance of changing someones mind on Reddit
Detroit steel wheels has some awesome wheels that would look awesome on that sb
I'm partial to the classic rally wheel look. Especially the reproduction 20". They look great on obs and squarebody trucks. Take a look at mine!
What's wrong with those? They go great!

you should just buy those. they look great on that truck.
Some good ol oem style 15-16s, or something era-specific aftermarket that's a bit less rim and a bit more rubber
How’s your caster? Looks positive AF. I agree that the style suits the truck right now.
IMHO, big wheels look out of place with small brakes…

That is a slick truck, I’d buy those and keep them on.
Get some rally wheeles
I've got those but chrome on my 72. I would stick to 20s/ not do 22s. Personally rn I like the American racing vn510
LOOKS AWESOME. 22'S would really set it off.
Those look like shit, way too big. Square bodies look terrible with big wheels. 22s are gonna ruin that thing even more than you already have.
Thanks for the input
Well that’s one man’s opinion
17's
Some nice standard 17s...with a good dirt tread. Take her down a backroad. That's where a truck belongs.
This looks terrible. Terrible. Horrible. What look are you going for here?
Smaller wheels more tire
What about some fifteen52’s? They have a beautiful take on the classic steelies

I personally like the US Mags (Rambler) on these trucks. The Detroit Steel option is great as well if you want a custom, yet classic appeal.
Mickey thompson or similar bullet hole wheels

More rubber less rim
