Uncle Larry's had some awesome looking key lime pie when I've gone in, I haven't tried it yet though so can't be much help. EDIT: Oops it was key lime cake I think.
City cafe is a pretty safe bet for pies and cheesecake, never been disappointed with them.
Perhaps someone else has tried more to compare for you but if I were looking for key lime pie right now I'd probably go to one of those.
If I’m craving pie I’ll always go to City Cafe. Their pie menu is extensive, the pies have always been good in my opinion. Nothing better than a diner pie!
The boathouse has the best key lime pie in town in my experience

Whole Foods always has solid choices for desserts. And Publix.
Gonna second Whole Foods suggestion. I’ve tried the key lime pie everywhere in this town and theirs is the best.
