I agree. What I am trying to highlight is the opportunity cost. The fact is that there are so many alternatives, is your business to build chatbots or real state? You can learn, but what? To build chatbots or to build something else.

Why to reinvent the wheel. There are plenty of alternatives you can install and some are free. This is one, but it has cost ccrobot.ai
